4 years ago they used to have coins machine in this branch thats why I went n open the account there. Staffs were so nice to me helped me more thing when I asked for. I loved this branch since(my first time of this bank is this branch). Reading all bad experiences from each person i do understand how it felt but mine was great service n I still have business with them. Hope all bad reviews can make better customer service step up now.

TD bank handles poorly with fraudulent events, so I will not choose to bank with them. Their fraud line operators were rude and refused to explain their process. Every time you call, you have to give them the entire information all over again, because they do not assign a case number or anything to track the progress. This also happens when your call is disconnected. They would not try to call you back. One of the operators asked for my SSN. When I asked if she would send my SSN to their investigation deviation. She said she would in one sentence and then said no in another. When I tried to confirm what she said, she got defensive and said she could not verify anything further. What? I was asking her the same question about what she just said. Either she was trying to hide something or they just don’t have a standard process in place. Overall, what I had experienced was exactly the opposite from what they called “legendary” experience. When things go well, everyone is nice to work with. When things go wrong, it is when you start to see the difference and the true quality of this bank. This bank is so far below the average from what I can tell.

TD Bank in general, not just this branch, is just plain horrible. From terrible customer service, to non-user friendly website with extremely limited information (how are something as basic as mortgage statements not accessible in your online account?!? Yes, they will snail mail them to you...), I just can't say anything good about the company, outdated and very poorly run. Worst of all for me, due to a mistake, they owe me a large sum of money that, after 6 months of constant calls, is still nowhere to be seen. Please avoid them at all costs, they don't care.

Worst banking experience hands down. Staff is rude and should not work in any type of service/ customer type of roles. Please TD get some checks and balances together to ensure your employees seat the bare minimum treating customers with respect.

I have been a TD Bank customer for a long time and have been going to this branch recently. I have been to many TD Bank locations in all over DMV area and by far this branch is the slowest branch I have ever seen. This review is not the product of 1 visit, it is the accumulation of frustration of multiple visits and it is the same thing every single time.Staff is not only slow, but they are also rude. Choose another branch if you can.

I've been a customer of TD bank for a very long time. I do my personal and business banking with TD because the workers are so friendly and helpful. I came to make a deposit at this branch but the teller was so rude and obnoxious. I'll never come to this branch again.

So I interact with different banks a lot. I'm a business man and frequently interact with all types of banks. In fact I directly know people who work at different types of banks as a whole. Last Thursday was my very first time ever using TD bank in any manner. When I walked in I immediately had someone ask me if there was anything they could help with. Extremely friendly and attentive to all the questions they ask. Might not be the right bank for everyone since most people like being screwed by a bigger bank and don't understand what having a bank like this does. Their saying about being the more 'human' bank is 100% true. Perfect experience through and through. I plan to return and bring them more business because it was the ONLY time I can say I enjoyed my bank experience. P.S. Rain started pouring down at the same time to the point that there was a solid bit of rain. The branch manager (or who I assume was the branch manager) went into the back, got an umbrella and walked each of the people in the branch one by one to their cars to make sure we all wouldn't get drenched. Rude and unhelpful staff. After I was LIED TO by TD bank phone assistance, I went to this branch to resolve a deposit issue. a Check I'd deposited nearly two weeks before the visit still had not cleared. Despite a 5 year history with this bank and NO bad deposits in my banking history, ever, the manager claimed the extended delay was because I had a new account or one with a poor history. I am closing my account with TD Bank specifically because of this branch's staff, the manager in particular. TD already has several policies that are very anti-consumer, including "sitting on" workplace payroll deposits for 24 hours, charging overdraft fees on "Holds" (even if the hold does not clear), and does everything possible to keep customers away from their hard earned money. The mobile deposit app takes as much as 14 days to clear a single check, BTW. Don't give these thieves your money. You'll regret doing business with them. I certainly have.

Second time in less then a month my account is blocked. All my money is in there. How will I eat? How will I put gas in my car? Who cares. Thank you TD Bank, I will have to miss one day of work to spend some hour so maybe they can solve my problem. But monday my account will be closed FOR SURE BY ME.
