I used to work at that firm. The owner William Caldwell was extremely rude to the employees. When I pointed out him the improper language that he spoke to the employees, I was terminated in retaliation. I was about to file a complaint against him with the State government. But later I decided not to proceed in order to protect my other colleagues there. They also made a lot of mistakes when preparing tax returns, and those mistakes had never been corrected. William Caldwell always pushed the employees to finish the tax returns in haste without getting more accurate information. As a result, the qualities of the works were very poor.

My husband and I have been using Caldwell & Company for years and couldn't be more pleased. Knowledgeable and always available to answer any of our questions. Makes tax time effortless on our part. Strongly recommend.

The ultimate worst accounting firm. They miss many deductions, make errors, and refuse to fix their mishaps. Never go there!

Their employee Fowmitha Banu also works from her home and overcharges her clients and she's not even that good so stay away from her and save your time and money!
