Service is not what it use to be. Referred a neighbor in the Garden Villa subdivision he went by and called no one was able to assist him for a refinance of home. So here I go to order a new credit card I was charge $8.00 which I paid cash then fee was also deducted from my account called today after 3 weeks and no card and was told apparently they forgot to order my card geez

Been banking with them for a year now and got my info stolen. Never have i had to pay for a replacement card that was stolen. Plus i had to wait for a fraud form to be emailed then i had to drive to deliver it not email it back. Then i was told it would be 30-45 days for a answer or investigation on my account for the dispute. Then the days passed 45 days no reply or contact from visa or the bank. I had to call and customer service gives no help but leaves my name for management that not even there during the week. They will not give me my info for who charged my card or where the item was delivered cause of confidentiality but isn’t it my info smh .. i cant even get my refund bak . Never have i bank with a bank that i had dispute my own money and they let the charge still go threw when i caught the charge within hours of the charge . They can’t decline any fraud charges. What type of bank doesn’t decline charges that are fraud once u caught within a hr ???? This banks suks and staff no help. It like a third party bank who only gives out forms but can’t investigate your own account. They have no info to give me so i can call the company who fraud charged me. $250 out the window … sad that i have to Deactivate my card every time I use it Even after , if not any fraud charges will never be reimbursed especially if u catch the charge within hrs of the fraud charge . I recommend using a major credit union not this place . They let anyone take your money especially when there been many charges at one time no notification or anything to warn me not even the bank calls u to verify if your charging that much that day . Cause that day I charged my card over 1k in Charges and not one call to say if i was making these transactions smh !! If i could put zero stars i would !!

I have had an account and a Credit Card here for almost 30 years. I recently had fraud, I still had my card but my number had been compromised somehow. Yes Luckily the Visa Fraud dept. called me but the luck stopped there. When I called the next business day I was told I was responsible for the first 50 dollars of the fraud and that it is 8.00 for a replacement card. It was fraud!!!! Why am I being charged! I have worked for other Credit Unions and none make you purchase a card after you have had fraud. They happily close it so there will be no more fraud and they send you a new one AND they never make you responsible for the 1st 50.00 unless you were negligent. The other issue I have is I waited all day for. Fraud form to be sent to try and get some of my money back and only after I wrote a complaint about the 8.00 and someone called me to explain that it was a fee across the board that other institutions may not charge you but you are getting the fee somewhere else regardless... However this person at least got the form out to me within minutes.

It pains me to report negative experiences about this bank because we have been with them for about 10 years but I'm done. During Covid, we were hit with fraud atleast 10 times and had to pay for a replacement card. I've had to do my own investigation to the last fraud incident, write a letter of why the charges are not valid, and file a police report. During the freeze, I couldn't get access to my funds, system was down and bank was closed understandably but to not be able to access my money to get cash from atm was a problem. Their system periodically is down with no warning like today when my card was declined because my check had not cleared as usual after midnight. Then about a month ago. I was calling on Saturday morning to see if they were open before I drove 30 minutes out there and no answer. I get there and the teller tells me that they don't answer the phone on Saturdays! I don't know what happened in the last 3 years but customer service has deteriorated. There is a few newbies that could use some customer service training bad! Mobile app goes down too with no warning..

Management are rude and inconsiderate after years here banking I start having problems with back acct that I had never had now suddenly I have to start paying debit fee $120 what a joke but they do decline when ever they want but whenever they want to find a way to charge they charge they don’t make sense I’m savings acct so I can’t over draft ?? Oh but for the issue I had I wasn’t a saving acct lol yeah but yup new management really are doing good for the bank but bad for the customer
