best sales experience of my life, unfortunately their service manager and staff are insulting. I live some distance away and was noticing a bad vibration on my under warranty truck. My local mechanic said that inner tie rod end and idler arm were loose. So went to brown since this vehicle was still under warranty. I was informed that the wheels were not balanced when i asked weren't there wheel weights on the truck the younger service person looked to the manager and neither had an answer or information. I not sure why they didn't know, but all they would say was it was the brand new tires i had put on. This didn't make any sense, I actually witness these new tires being mounted and balanced on my new truck. I went to a dealership much further away and after they looked at the truck they explained and show me how the tires were improperly balanced. I then had them balance the tires properly and asked for an alignment. I then showed them the video from my mechanic showing the inner tie rod and the idler arm was loose and that once the truck is up on an alignment rack and the weight of the tires are release, moving a vehicle tire should not result in up & down movement of the tie rod end or the idler arm The other dealership did the warrenty work and have won a new service customer.
Thank you for letting us know about your sales and service experience. Upon review of your statement about the service department, we have pulled the repair order and discussed this with both the service advisor and manager. We have confirmed the original complaint was that there was a vibration and you stated that the inner tie rod end and idler arm was causing this per your local mechanic. After our certified GM technician inspected the vehicle for vibration and loose steering components they came to the conclusion that the components where not loose but the wheel/tire assemblies needed to be washed and balanced. After explaining that the wheels had dirt in them and needed to be washed out and balanced you refused to allow us to complete this work and did not believe that this could cause the vibration because another shop had just put the tires on and had balanced at another shop. As for the vehicle alignment it was not checked because the components were not loose and the alignment/steering components would not cause the vibration which was your original complaint. We are a GM dealer and the vehicle is still covered by the bumper to bumper warranty. If the component was loose or faulty we would have replaced/repaired this component as a warranty claim. However, when this vehicle was inspected by our GM technician, there were no signs the components needed to be replaced/repaired. GM can request parts claimed under warranty repair orders to be returned for inspection and if we replaced parts that were not bad, then the warranty claim would be charged back to the dealership. We do not and will not make faulty warranty claims.

Dropped my 2015 6.2 Silverado off for an engine replacement. They got it done very quick, thats probably the only good thing i have to say. When i dropped it off there was no check engine light on.. i drove 45 minutes home and it comes on. Throwing a code for running rich. When i asked what we could figure out about this i was told word for word by Dawson "well it didnt have a check engine light on when you picked it up". I did no more than drive it home, leads me to believe they either didnt drive it to make sure everything was in order or they just cleared the code before i showed up. After paying $9,031 for a full engine replacement and a fuel injector replacement not only is a check engine light pretty unacceptable but the service and blatant disrespect is very unacceptable. I would probably let my chocolate lab fix my truck before i come here again.

First, I would like to state that when I was at the dealership to test drive and purchase my vehicle I did not feel overly rushed or pushed onto a vehicle which I can appreciate. I was given adequate time to figure out my financing for the car and just simply did not feel pressured into a vehicle. However, after having the vehicle for the next day I noticed that the grill of the car had a very large crack and many smaller cracks throughout as well as the hood of the car is not properly aligned. I returned to the dealership on Monday (which was the next open day after the 4th of July) and expressed my concerns to the salesman and he quite literally shrugged his shoulders and said if he would've known that the grill was cracked and the problem with the hood he would have gotten it fixed prior to selling it to me (as if that was the only time to fix it). I told him that it is what it is, and I am not happy with the purchase after being sold a vehicle with a damaged part and misaligned part. This raises another concern which is if they had honestly done an in-depth inspection of the vehicle, how did they miss such a large crack in one of the first things you see on the car. If they did see it then why didn't they fix the problems then and there? They could have made more money that way. Who knows. But also, if they truly did not see the problems then that obviously means that they do not pay enough attention to the vehicles during said inspections prior to sale. The salesman then pursued to state that it is a used car as if that were an excuse for them not fixing the issue. I said that it was something that should be fixed and wanted it to be done after paying such a large amount for the vehicle. He said well we did give you more than a generous offer for your trade-in and cannot do anything for free after that and that the vehicle is worth "$40,000" brand new. Everything they have said seems to be gibberish and has absolutely no value to my concerns. Just an argument. All I can say is the overall customer service seemed to have taken a nosedive in quality. I asked to have the manager of the dealership call me so that I can express my concerns and work out a solution but have never received a phone call as if this is not an important issue. Why wouldn't a company want their customer to be happy? I feel that all that is happening is they are making excuses and ignoring my concerns. I simply want to have a car that matches the condition that I paid for. I strongly recommend doing yourself a favor and be sure to think two or three more times before considering this dealership. Save yourself the headache. :)

Best car buying experience we have ever had. No pressure during the entire process, but helpful and attentive to needs. Barry was excellent to work with and was up front and honest about every step. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a good quality vehicle while having a great car buying experience.

Chris the service manager knows how to treat people. He gives it to you straight. I have taken all three of my vehicles to them for the past five years and each time they did the repair I had no problem. Chris will give you a quote and stand behind it. If you have a quote older then thirty days he will check to see if the price has changed and tell you before doing any work. Take you vehicles to them and give them a try.

Though I was there for a "hardest rodeo", I did talk to an employee. He was very encouraging on my quest for a car. He gave me quality answers, and I feel this is where I'll purchase my next vehicle. By the way, I also received 2 carseats to replace one expired and one on recall.

They are nice to work with no beating around the bush. I ask what the cash price would be and they called back . I bought the vehicle. Then they called to ask if I had any problems with it the following week. I will do business there again.

They suck, won't even let you test drive a vehicle before putting g a hard inquiry on your credit score. What if I decide I dont want it? There's a inquiry on my credit.
