Brian Ford and the Nova Home Loan team were beyond amazing - They completed the entire loan process in a span of 13 days. As a first time home buyer, they had to not only coach me through all the nuances and details, but had to accommodate the seller with her requests in order to facilitate the closing timeline. I could not have asked for a better first time home buying experience.

Downsizing is something I had to do to be able to afford to do other things other than sit in my house. However, I can honestly say I was not ready mentally to change homes. Brian definitely has many excellent qualities. Listening is one of them. He did an awesome job of listening to what I wanted to accomplish with buying a different house. He also has that personality that can make you feel like everything would work out just fine. He was always asking 'what can I do for you', which shows the compassion he has for his customers. Most important is that when he says he and his team will get the job done, they do.
