This is a second review after my credibility was dismissed by this lender. I represent a home builder, the seller, in a transaction Brett was responsible for. He missed our closing by 3 weeks due to his inability to perform his role to the standard of others. Thus leaving a family homeless, confused and out of more money to cover his mistakes. This family was forced to take shelter in their vehicle with rescue dogs and a young baby. My initial review was left to shed light onto his poor performance. This review is being left as I have been placed in a position where this lender is cowering away from the truth. Please- take notice to the 5 star reviews and their posting date as compared to mine. This man is bribing others in efforts to hide his mistakes. Do not trust this lender.

I have worked with Brett and Berkshire Lending numerous times over the years. He is honest, efficient, and always concerned about his borrowers. He is one of the best loan officers I have dealt with.

I am very thankful that my realtor put me in contact with Berkshire Lending. Pat Jackson was able to advise me on what I needed to do to get my credit score up in order to get a better loan rate. Pat worked with all parties involved to coordinate and fulfil the requirements of her lenders. She made sure that I followed up on everything I needed to. She also had to make a change when the property owner breached the purchase contract 4 days from closing. That breach was a blessing in disguise because we found a better property two weeks later and she was able to complete the process on that property in a very accelerated rate. That was greatly appreciated as we were technically homeless living in a hotel because of the prior deal problems. I would use her again and recommend her to all my friends. Now I have my dream home on a lake.

After working with me through three potential homes, I finally closed on a home, with the outstanding job by Pat Jackson. Even with the ups and downs with the 3 different homes, Pat never faltered or let me get down, and in the end, I got my perfect home.
