Closing period was a bit longer than what are contract specified but it was expected during this period. Our lending agent was not as responsive as we would have hoped but I do believe it had more to do with their high volume of customers and not because he was simply ignoring us. I would recommend to friends and family.

Lendova was great for our recent refinancing. They were responsive to all our emails, did everything online, and got us a better rate and incentives than others that we called.

They made it a very easy process to re-finance. Paperwork was handled using Docusign, files were easy to upload and it all moved smoothly for a quick closing.

Extremely smooth and professional from start to finish, which incidentally was a day over three weeks from loan application to loan disbursement. Great rate, very flexible options, highly recommended.

The online experience was organized and efficient. Uploading the necessary documentation was easy. I found the overall process much more pleasant than I expected.

Submitted an app but the loan officer was inexperienced and did not understand simple refinance questions and there escrow policies do not make any sense. Why would a customer be required to impound both insurance and property taxed. That make zero sense. Use caution when applying for a loan with them.

I worked with Sal and had a great experience overall! Lendova has excellent rates and great customer service. I will highly recommend them and will use again.

This has been the absolute worst experience of my life. These people misrepresent themselves as 'Lendova' or 'Texas Trust Home Loans' or 'American Heritage Capital' or whatever and you have no idea who you're dealing with. It feels like 2008 all over again. I am in the middle of a refinance with Sal Prasla and he will not return my calls or emails after days to discuss questions that I have. I have been trying to get everything on my loan squared away and I get no responses at all - It is insane. I cannot believe that this guy has a license and that this is an actual business. I cannot believe the complete unprofessionalism of this organization and this particular representative.

Tanner Holland did a great job and was very professional. His manners and ethics is 2nd to none in his industry. He is also polite and does a great job of proactively anticipating your questions. I highly recommend his services to anyone.
