It was an absolute DREAM working with the Bonck & Baker Mortgage Group! I was the listing agent and was pleasantly surprised by the teams quick closing, organization, and communication! From execution date to closing was 15 days - we were able to close TEN DAYS early (that never happens)! Also, as the listing agent, I would get updates on where the loan was in the process and a calendar outlining projected dates of completion. I typically have to chase down the buyer's agent for this information, which made my life so much easier. Finally, there was always someone available to respond to an email, or pick up the phone! I am looking forward to my next transaction with this team!
