The manager holly is so rude! The ATM stopped working mid transaction and never gave me my $500 withdrawal. I was told that a 3rd party company comes out once a day and counts the money so far no one has reached out to me. They said things like this happen all the time. I've never had this happen before. Obviously you knew that ATM was broken but didn't put an out of order sign on it! Where is my money!!!

I actually chose this bank and branch before even moving to AZ. I realized upon moving here that the location wasn’t too close to our residence, but I kept our accounts here because of the exceptional staff and wonderful services provided. I definitely would recommend this bank to anyone considering a change.

My husband withdrew $500 from the atm on dobson and mesa riverview. He never got his money because the atm door did not open. He went into the branch. He of course was upset not everyone was rude but the manager Holly Pennington was the worst! I called customer service and spoke with Matt and he was the best! The definition of customer service is having the ability to calm a customer down in situations like this. Also being able to relate and having compassion. You could tell she had a rougher personality and was a loud person but that doesn't matter. You need to have that customer service! I did my own dispute but that could take days. She said the atm 3rd party person will come whenever they come and they put in a request to come out. I haven't heard anything yet. Well my son was at the bank and went to work right after at Jersey Mike's. He said the manager Holly came in to get food . He said she saw him and said nothing and left very fast! Please go to a different branch if you bank here! Money is too important to loose!

Beautiful branch with the most helpful staff I've ever encountered in a bank.

Because my account has had no transactions for over 6 months, the drained my account and then closed it. Without notifying me of anything. Once upon a time if had any issue with my account they would email me or mail a card to me, but not anymore. Since they changed their name the app doesn't work, there's no tech support, and secret charges and account closures are allowable. They've turned into a SCAM BANK. Do not do business with BOK! Consider yourselves warned.

My experience with Bank of Arizona has always been positive. I like the small bank feel and the fact that they want to know their customers as people not as a number. Keep up the good work.

Between the free checking, no ATM fees, and fantastic customer service, I don't want to bank anywhere else. They consistently have gone above and beyond in every single way to make me feel valued.
