After an awful experience elsewhere, my attorney suggested that next time I try a small community bank. Wow, was he right ! At the Teaneck branch, I refied , closed in 30 days. My loan officer was awesome, quick and didn't waste my time with useless requests for never ending documents. I guess it doesn’t close at 12pm on Saturdays. Got there at 11:30 today and no one was there. Door closed and no one at the drive through. Glad I drove 30 minutes for no reason.
