Manager help a lot. Maybe some of the employees need more trying and information.

From the get go I had an absolutely wonderful experience. Jermaine the Branch manager and Blaine my banker helped me out tremendously. My family and I were in a difficult situation and they handled it with so much care and ease. They were able to put us in the right direction and went above and beyond for us. It was nice to be at a bank where they fought for their customers and provided the best possible customer service anyone could have asked for. Wish I could give more stars very happy with becoming a customer.

BMO Harris and Helen Voyiatzis at the Williams Field branch are horrible. After having a problem with my online application, I went in to this branch to resolve issue. Helen was impatient from the beginning and unwilling to help me because they were 20 minutes from closing. Incredibly rude and horrible service. Glad I had this experience now rather than once I had an account with you guys.

This bank is an absolute joke to deal with. Their ATM has no dispensed my withdrawal twice and has taken a cash deposit without crediting my account an additional 3 times... Both issues took weeks to resolve. In addition, when attempting to deposit a postal money order my account was flagged for fraud and I was instructed by the fraud dept to go to the post office that issued the money orders and have them call to verify the validity of them.. I did so and it still wasn't good enough and was told to fax in the purchase receipts because "the fraud dept doesn't have an email address".. Obviously a blatant lie.. After countless wasted hours and miles going back and forth from post office and the branch they accepted the deposit and removed the hold from my account. The people in this branch are very nice but the atms and processes this bank has in place at the corporate level are awful. I have withdrawn all my money and am closing my account. I wouldn't trust this place with $1 of your money. Their mobile app and online banking is also atrocious. Stay away.

There are a lot of low ratings and I’m not sure why. Every time I have come in here they are friendly, helpful, and quick. I have never had any issues with them face to face or with anything online ever. I’ve been a customer of BMO for 5 years.

I would have to agree with other review that this branch is completely under qualified to handle your money. Also I see that this bank only replies to positive reviews and just ignores the numerous negative ones.

People are always nice to deal with! Sometimes a little slow, but always professional.

Awful bank. It's just a bank. No reason to travel to meet these people. Totally unqualified team practicing banking.
