BMO Harris Bank N 19th Ave, Phoenix

I have to say I’m at a loss of words. I just left the 19 ave location after both tellers told me there personal bankers couldn’t help me because it was 4:55 and it would take more than five minutes. Very unprofessional.

Sergio is rude, unprofessional, and frankly volatile. He raised his voice to tell me I wasn't listening to him after I'd acknowledged what he stated three times. Due to him being unable to answer my question he threw his hands in the air in front of a co- worker, branch manager and customer and stated " I'm not dealing with this" and walked away. He was unwilling to deal with a respectful customer, asking a legitimate question about charges on my account. Horrible experience, horrible customer service and I'd be willing to bet from the experience I had with Sergio that he's a horrible person. Find a different branch

So my account is over draft 3.41 and you give me an overdraft fee of $72 the day before i get paid. WHAT KIND OF OVERDRAFT FEE IS $72?! What happened to $35?!? That’s basically a whole $100 being taken from my check for having my account overdrafted 3 DOLLARS?! This is unacceptable!!!

Good service even before I entered the door. The security guard opened the door coming and going. Once inside I was greeted by Ray at the teller window. He subseqently directed me to Josh in his office to complete my account update. Then Ray helped me to finalize my transaction in his office. Easy peasy. Very helpful and friendly for a nonstandard transaction.

The 19th Ave BMO branch has made much progress since my previous review. The guy who was working at drive up (18sep20) was most courteous and friendly...his actions and tone of voice conveyed that I was a valued customer and that he was available to help me. Keep up the excellent customer service!

The friendliness of this branch is far from great. I typically get a welcome in, hi how are you and have a nice day at the end of transaction from the branch on lower buckeye/75th ave. Teller malmanz is far from being nice. Maybe she was having a bad day... I really hope that's not her attitude everyday. Horrible way to do business. I will take my money elsewhere.

Horrible service and the staff is very rude!!! Worst bank I have ever been in!! They do not know how to treat potential customer's and are very disrespectful. Never been so offended in my life. The management must be bottom of the barrel to hire such vial employees!! Show's a lot about their leadership. My advice go elsewhere!!!!

After closing our account they received a bill which we thought we had changed to the new bank. They RE-OPENED the account, paid that and charged us an overdraft fee. So they really don't close your accounts here. Beware.

If the customer must remain flexible during the covid-19 limitations at least the phone should be answered.
