They have been very helpful and friendly during the Pandemic. I'm in and out in less then 15 minutes.

I worked mostly with Rebeca, but also got to work with David and found both to be helpful, honest, and accommodating. I highly recommend working with them.

No Tellers, 2 live video teller ATMS for business hours, 1 ATM after that - right at the door with large clear windows. At least when I opened account there was tellar windows, then someone decided this area of the city should have this unsafe, open window tellars. They have a couple of people on hand during business hours to sign up new accounts and for new services. 2 stars because it is a major bank, if not then 1 star for location services available.

Went in at 4:40pm to close account and told to late in day and have to make an appointment. Poor customer service. This is my money and have the right to it

Had too much trouble trying to exchange CAD to USD.

It is the only place that has treated me well and I understand that now it is with Appointments but when I make appointments during my lunch Break they are fast, attentive and always trying to help you, the teller and the Manager are very good people and always willing to help me and work with me in what I occupy.
