Casperi , CEO BMO Harris ....I don't like my issue with BMO HARRIS go to Social Media but I don't have any other option to recover my money ....I close my checking account with BMO over the phone 05/27/2022 , and the banker promise me that I will receive my funds within 5 business days , until today I did not receive my money and I have expenses to cover . I called BMO to see if I can solve this issue and spend several hours trying to talk to a banker (they disconnect my call several times ) , finally I spoke with a banker and a manager and they recommend me either drive 3 hours to the nearest branch or wait minimum 30 days to see if I can receive my funds that I need to pay my bills .

While depositing cash into the ATM the machine crashed and ate my money. This was not a small amount one money either. It didn't finish the deposit, it didn't print a receipt. I had to sit at the ATM while in the phone with customer service for a half hour only for them to "file a claim" were I'll wait 10 business days to receive the money back into my account. I'll be cancelling my BMO Harris account that I've had for 12 years. Worst banking experience ever.

I've been banking at this BMO Harris for twenty years and have paid back a $100,000 mortgage, kept our condo association money there and my personal checking account. Saturday, I got $100 from the ATM and noticed a twenty with a quarter of it torn off, so, I took it to the teller and ask for another. She told me that they don't replace any damaged currency. I said that I have an account here, but she still said no and referred me to another teller who told to come back on Monday to see the manager. I asked, will the manager replace it? She said well, it's against our policy. So I said then why should I come back. She said you'll have to come back Monday and I said I'm not leaving this bank until I get my money. She threatened to call the police, but I didn't back down. After the police arrived she came up to me and handed me a good twenty and said I'll give you this twenty even though it's against our policy. At this point I was so angry that I told her to be quiet and just give me my money and furthermore, give me all my money and the condo's money - $60,000 in all - and close the accounts. The day after while watching television, I saw a BMO Harris commercial in which they glamorize themselves. This made me so sick that I had to throw up these words in a review. Great experiences so far. The tellers are helpful and friendly. Straight forward about the business ...deposit, withdrawal, atm provides selective bill options. Never any lines. Good wait time. Polish, english and spanish speaking from what I know. Not really looking for any above and beyond service.. I get there my business gets handled quickly, friendly and I'm out. That's perfect for me.

This location is listed as being open and is no. The only reason that I drove all the way over here is to be able to take care of my banking needs. The only thing that is available is the atm. The drive thru is closed as well as the lobby. I am so disappointed.
