BMO Harris Bank E Cactus Rd, Phoenix

After having terrible service at the BMO office in Tempe, I came to this branch to help resolve issues pertaining to closing the probate process for my late Dad's estate. The Tempe branch was unable to produce the documents I needed and after 4 months of working with them I gave up. When I came to this branch and started working with Hussam I received most of the paperwork I needed in 2 weeks. I am very grateful for all of Hussam's help and kind communication.

I Would like inform people that have gotten a car loan from BMO Bank. If you payoff the loan with cash and want to sell your vehicle to another person they will hold your title hostage for additional 10 days.....AND STILL WAITING. You will not be able to transfer the title to the new owner FOR AT LEAST 10 DAYS ... I would not borrow money from this bank to purchase anything...This is absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my entire life....

Ryan Jackson was phenomenal, I’ve been dealing with the same banking issue for over six month and nobody would get me a resolution. I came into the branch on Cactus/Tatum and Ryan quickly was able to get me the Information I needed to get this issue resolved. Ryan is great and an obvious asset to BMO Harris!

Went to deposit at this bank today and they had the doors locked at 11:55 5 minutes before they are supposed to close, knocked on the window and this very rude teller by the name of Boya says I was too late and tried tooi argue that it was after 12 even though I showed her it wasn't on my phone. She then just scoffed and called me an idiot and walked off! I can't believe anyone could hire such a rude and disrespectful person! I will be contacting who ever I can to solve such a horrible behavior!!

Though it may take a bit waiting in line at the drive thru I realize there are only so many people working. We’ve been banking at Harris for over 20 years, within that time frame I have yet to meet a person who hasn’t been helpful.

I must mention that recently they have not charged this fee. Going to 5stars now! Nice bank but they charge the highest fee of $10.00 to cash one of their own checks!

Great Bank, just wish they had a few more locations, or at least one or two location across the country. I travel a lot across the country and there are no locations in Texas or New Mexico.

Criminals have 3 other checking accounts all with odp they declined it to me on this account so they could fee fee me up the wazoo.

Liked the experience . courteous tellers and quick service.
