Superb Service every time I am in the branch. I am a frequent member almost in the branch daily doing cash or check transactions for my business and all the staff here as been incredibly accommodating & helpful. They all deserve a raise and a 1 year paid vacation to somewhere tropical! Especially Rachael, she the best! 💪🏽 Thanks!

Have been goin to Bloom (formerly My Personal Credit Union) for nearly 3 years. The staff is always friendly with a superb attitude towards account holders. I plan to stay with Bloom for quite a long while.

This credit union closes randomly for training with out giving notice to account holders. It's not even a federal holiday and I have to find somewhere else to cash my check because of how unprepared and unprofessional my personal credit union is. I've had enough with this credit union and will be closing my account there and moving to a new bank asap. Unless you enjoy headaches don't bank with mpcu

MPCU is a heartless & uncaring company. They lie to you & continuously say there's nothing they can do - It's our policy. An example of their lying is she said she was talking to the person who's from the branch I most often go to; I haven't been to a branch in over 3 years (I moved to Colorado!). They just lie & keep repeating themselves instead of seriously thinking about what you're saying! Special help can always be made for extenuating circumstances! It isn't against the law to help people when they're down. This is the last straw. I'm leaving here to a bank that wants my business.

Absolutely love the service I get, friendly staff, great hours that fit my schedule. Just yesterday someone had gotten ahold of my credit card number and tried to use it, fraud protection called me within an hour of it happening.

Possibly the worst most crooked credit union in Michigan.

I love this credit union & the online banking is great!

I use the drive through, it is nearby and works with some other credit unions.

They're right around the corner so it's convenient.
