We met when my client -who worked on commission - got denied her home loan 5 days before closing and another agent recommended I called Beth. She pulled a Hail Mary and got her closed only one week later than she was originally scheduled. Beth is a wealth of information, keeps up to date on lending trends and shares that regularly. And aside from being really funny, she has become a valued friend. Beth and Cornerstone just did my new home purchase. They were wonderful to work with - very responsive, informative, helpful. They got me closed 15 days earlier than expected and helped me with a lot of the details like lining up insurance, warranty and other providers as part of the process.
