I can only comment on the real estate agent we had from Fox Roach. You will not find a better agent than Kristina Fattorusso. Kristina is extremely capable, proactive, communicative, warm & friendly and always treats you like you are her only client. I sold property as an absentee owner. She was exceeding helpful with referrals to get the property in salable condition. She aggressively marketed, and guided offers and ultimately the sale smoothly to completion. Whether you are buying or selling most people never feel like the got a price low enough or high enough, respectively. However, I am confident that if you employ Kristina you will get a fair price, completed transaction and low/no stress. You cannot go wrong buying or selling with Kristina. She will do everything in her power to make your real estate transaction a success.

Worst nightmare experience with an agent named Troy. Not sure what his full name was because he left everything but His card and any info about him. Be very careful with this one. Lies from the beginning. He came into our beautiful home and beautiful family, which he threatened when he got "extremely Upset " when we decided we didn't want to sell. Ofcourse with him.. he is a bully. And a master manipulater. He's got a lot to learn when it comes to entering families homes. He needs more training!!!!!. We are a wonderful family who treated him too good. Something he is not used to.. I hope he never threatened another family . Good luck all! Sad to have such a wonderful company with a lousy realtorWho behaved this way. It's not the the company fault. Maybe now they will know about him.....

Im really disappointed with my experience here. Negotiating a home doesn't end at offer. I guess low profit clients are treated just like that. Will not do business in the future. Also pushy with other sevices such as mortgage lenders, inspectors, and other sevices they most likely get commission from. Buyer and seller beware.
