Berkshire Bank Storrs Rd, Mansfield Center

New years eve and the lobby is closed, atm is closed and they only have one lane open I'm drive through. Had to wait in line over 30 minutes in drive through. And with them being closed Saturday and Sunday it's not like I could come back.

I hate this bank more and more every day. I have to plan at least an hour out of my day to deposit my checks. Slowest service I’ve ever experienced, all the locations are like this and it’s pathetic. I miss Savings Institute. 0 stars :)

They close early no notice on the door or website I have to workTo find a bank that is open past 430 very disappointed with this bank what a joke time to start looking for a new bank.

I was negative 14$ bc of a credit card payment mixup and they charged me 37$ for overdraft and they helped me fix it.👏🏻 Very appreciative.

Don’t waste your time and hard earned money. The customer service is absolute trash. I honestly can’t wait to take my business elsewhere.

Horrible bank and takes forever for a transaction! Im on my grandmothers account and they wouldn't let me even make just a deposit for her!
