If there were a negative option for stars, I'd pick that one! I don't even want to waste the time to explain. Just DON'T! Go SOMEWHERE else (do a little researching first though, like reading other people's reviews for personal experiences. You're doing great already) Can't say they've screwed up every transaction. They HAVE screwed up EVERY single time it's mattered! We have young adult kids out of state and we cannot rely on this credit union for anything.... Third strike (more like 50th) Bellco... Out!

I have no kind words to say about Bellco. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank. All I wanted to do was open a savings account and because my current address is on the back of my drivers license (we moved) I was denied. What a joke!

I usually have no problems with Bellco but… Can you guys please Fix your atm I know I have called about problems with it before, it didn’t work again today, and you have other comments on here from other individuals saying it’s not working. I’ve had Bellco for 12 years other than the atm problem they’ve been great.

There atms will steal money from you and not give you credit for the deposit be careful! And when you call they say it will take a week or longer to a credit you your money even if you need to pay bills with that money. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

We walked in the branch yesterday to do a home closing paperwork notary. When we walked in, all the desks are taken and there were two people in the teller line. So, we were not sure what to do. We just stand in the middle between the teller line and the area in front of the personal bankers' desks. We wait for the people at the desks done so that we can ask if we should stand in the teller line or not. There was no direction to sign-in at all. After one personal banker done with her customer, we hope to ask her if she can help us or should we stand in the teller line. The lady just ignoring us and walk to the person in the teller line and ask if she can help them with their deposit. After that, she continue with a next person. So, we thought, we should stand in the teller line. So we did. When it was our turn, the teller told us to go in front and do the sign-in (the sign-in form lay flat at the middle of the countertop). This is a terrible service and training issue. We're the Bellco member for a long time - more than 25 years. What we use to is that the bank tellers only deal with deposit/withdrawn transactions whereas the personal bankers deal with other type of transactions. So, when we walked in at the other branches, the personal bankers look to see if there is other customer need the other helps first before helping with deposit transaction customers. In this branch, the lady just kept walk to the teller line and helped with the deposit transactions. Finally, after we did the sign-in and waited, she approached us at the sign-in place. I told her that the branch should have a sign-in direction (or the sign-in form should be visible to people) to let people know to sign-in if they need other helps than deposit/withdrawn transactions. She said she's helping people in the order they come-in instead of an apology. We stood in the teller line first and then went back to the front to do the sign-in and waited again. So, we weren't served in the order that we came in. After that, we walked away and went to an US Bank branch. They are so professional.

It is so bad. The business credit cards are so bad that I had to solve the problem in the branch. The 800 number is not exclusive to Bellco. Many banks use it. Impossible to get through the security questions. They can't help you I worked with the manage at this location. No follow through. Impossible to get help, things go wrong. Just go to a real bank and save yourself the aggravation.

It's a real jerk move to stop accepting shared branch transactions when your members are allowed to use the lobbies in other shared credit unions. I hope they kick Bellco out of the shared network.
