    AMAZING customer service! I was having issues with the online banking app. I went into the Southlands branch and was immediately greeted by the bank teller who was happy to help. She then asked her manager Trina C. for some assistance. Trina was so kind, understanding and willing to help, she even called the customer service line herself. She not only got the answers I was looking for but offered her card in case I had any additional issues(which I did and she was super responsive). I have banked with Fitzsimons Since I was a teenager and I have always had a great experience but this was by far THE BEST customer service I have ever received. Thank you so much to Trina and her team!

    Today I had a difficult time with my card Trina the branch manager was amazing . She helped figure out what to do she was so happy to help and you can tell . Every time I need help or have a question she’s always there & happy to help she goes above and beyond God bless that women !! Thank you Trina . This branch is very lucky to have someone like her.

    My husband died last February. I had not been the keeper of our accounts and needed some guidance for sure. I promptly went to see Trina Clark, the Branch Manger. I had met her when we opened the accounts. She sat me down and reassured me that it was going to be okay! After walking me through what I needed to know, she made it very clear if I needed anything, she would always be there to help! I felt like I had just met my best friend! Yes, I did need help again and because Trina was with another customer, I spoke with Claudia. She was so patient (I really need that), very sweet and most important efficient. Most of the business was handled but we had a problem with one last thing. Trina came to the rescue and solved the issue. Claudia and Trina are truly the BEST! Can't thank them enough for solving the problem and making me feel like I can always count on them!

    They need to open the lobby and update the app, iIt still gives lobby hours and you drive out there and the lobby is closed. Try depositing 4 hundred dollars in ones in that stupid machine. Ready to go to Bellco where there lobby has been open for months

    Coming into Fitzsimons Southland's has always been an excellent customer service experience. My favorite person is Trina! I come into the branch daily with deposits and other banking need and I can depend on Trina to "always" getting my transactions and maintenance to my account right the first time. I'm always greeted by name and with nothing but respect. Depending upon my need she will suggest other banking options that may help in turn give me advice on whom would handle any problem I may have. I Love That!!! The Staff especially Mrs.Trina makes feel Welcome. I'd like to Thank her for being her. With Great appreciation, Mrs. T. Martin

    Still no reply from the company 🙃🙃🙃 Just avoid this place ‼️‼️‼️ 0 stars They never even tried to help. I was NEVER informed I was late on a payment I called every month to make a payment, no mail, no call, no notice of late payment‼️ So my credit went down ; month’s of calling and they never told me anything. When I went in to talk to someone they were trash🤢🤢 couldn’t tell me anything I had full cover on my truck and they were charging me THEIR OWN insurance on top of things, Going to pay everything quick so I don’t get scammed anymore And if the company sees this DO NOT COMMENT IF YOURE NOT GOING TO MAKE IT RIGHT

    The loan officer couldn't give me the time of day. I can understand my circumstances but I am a person you can give me 5 minutes to tell me no, in private. Instead the whole place is empty and I can hear typing from the girl in front of me then the reply from the office 15 feet away. the front office girl is playing it off like she's just typing in a bunch of numbers and keeps asking a bunch of questions. I'm answering them and she says "I need to know exactly what you need to see him about" I told her a second time "my current loan and a potential new one". In the end to say he won't meet with me while I can look over my shoulder and he's just sipping a soda with nobody else behind me....no customers! And NO appointments! The girl at the office then had an attitude and said "He's not going to meet with you and you have to pay off your balance before we even consider a loan with you!" I would just like to add I've been a customer for at least 3 years with my car loan. The worst is I had $1000 ready to put towards my outstanding balance that day! But the way I was treated made me want to hold on to it longer. Thanks for the crappy customer service!

    I've been having so many problems with this branch but, Trina Clark is the only reason i stay. She is amazing at what she does and truly cares about her members. She deserves a raise and a promotion. She makes you feel like family.
