Bekki was very helpful in navigating the numerous required documents and keeping me informed of any new requirements from the APC loan underwriters. She preserved through a couple of technical difficulties associated with remote processing. Once the loan was completed and the closing process was turned over to the title company I realized that Bekki had been a much more effective communicator than the title company.

Most difficult lending and closing process I've ever experienced in my 70 years of life and 8 homes we've had the blessing of living in. The number of balls dropped, biggest of which was the follow up on a supposed June 2 appraisal request. Due to lack of follow up on assignment by VA for an appraiser, it took MY call to get an appraiser assigned and the appraisal to be completed with the VA required time. All Bekki could do is point the finger at VA and others when the ball for this is always in her court. Saying they, the lender, can't phone VA Home Loans is simply not true. Cannot recommend Bekki or Coast2Coast. It cost use 7 more nights in a hotel at $114 a night. Shameful.
