BECU branch with four updated 24 hr ATM machines located conveniently in Puyallup just off of Meridian near the South Hill Mall in the Willows Shopping Center.

I spent almost 15 years with another bank and made the leap to change over to BECU. My first time visiting I had the pleasure of having Paul assist me and he was extremely professional yet made me feel like it was home. The level of comfortability and confidence he displayed was beyond my expectations. He listened to hear my concerns and interests not to respond and continue to the next guest, this showed I was valued as a customer. Thank you Paul you are an asset to the BECU branch.

I went in to cancel my card and talk about how I was being fraudulently charged but the app assistant helped in getting back my money. I asked my old card be shredded and I was getting set up with a new card. If this is where my experience ended I would give 5 stars. However, my card was never canceled and so I was charged again and went into the red. I tried to contact the after hours number to report my fraud again but when i called the after hours number I was informed that they were closed and I should call back Monday. I couldn't belive it an out of hours number for fraud that didn't function. This all could have been avoided too if my card were canceled when I initially had it shredded. So Monday when I'm out of state I'll be making phone calls about my fraud. And the following Tuesday when I return home I'll be canceling my account after 10 years not that it really matters the length of time I'm just astonished it's taken me this long to see the incompetence.

Went in today to the south Hill branch, met with Paul Morgan and can’t tell u how much I could hug this guy right now!! Super polite when asking me to put on a mask and was more than prompt and helpful when helping me. I definitely recommend asking specifically for this guy u won’t b disappointed!! Thank u Paul for everything today

Super awesome staff ESPECIALLY Paige Ross! She got me in and out with a brand new loan for my Tundra within an hour she even waited for us and helped us after they had just closed at 6 on the dot. She's the best! Highly recommend!

My business partner Corey and I visited the 3803 S. Meridian Puyallup BECU on 6.8.21 to open a business account for our new coffee stand.  After we were greeted warmly by Paige, we enjoyed a short discussion of our different account options.  It became apparent very quickly that Paige was very adept at her craft.  I found her demeanor very professional, refreshing, and engaging.  Paige is quick-witted, bright, well dressed, intelligent, polite, efficient, and everything else I would want in a pro banker. If I had to rate my interaction on a scale from 1-10 I would rate Paige 11/10. Thank you BECU for a great first customer experience. It felt completely different than the banks I have used in the past. Bravo.

Anna at the South Hill, Puyallup location was informative and took the extra step to elaborate my options when it came to credit and auto loans. I feel prepared and confident going forward after our meeting to establish and maintain good credit for my growing family. PAIGE ROSS is so awesome! We were working on getting a loan through her and she even stayed late to make sure we got everything finalized so we wouldn't need to make a trip back the next day. So highly recommend!!!!

This BECU branch has amazing staff! They are so helping, quick and easy to work with. They have 4 ATMs so their is hardly a line, and if there is, it goes quick! Lots of parking and convenient location. Thank you!
