My experience at the Bellaire location has been at a concierge level. They are courteous, personable, and professional. As someone said earlier; a lifesaver.

Rudest banking people I have ever experienced in my entire life!!!!! Reviews are left and the same people are still working there so I guess it speaks for itself!!! Obviously corporate doesn’t care because even management is rude and doesn’t have any customer service etiquette!!!!!!

Customer service is hit or miss and mostly a miss. I have never understood why getting something done requires so many hoops and hurdles with little direction or explanation coming from the rep that answers their phone. To get something done right you have to ALWAYS go in and when you get there the staff are not nice. That is a small office, joy should be easy to come by. I am only still with them because of the credit union rates. Definitely not the staff.

The BCM Credit Union Branch on Holcombe has been a lifesaver for me. The tellers are polite, kind and personable. The manager really went above and beyond in helping me thru a banking crises and always greets me with a smile no matter how busy he may be.It is comforting to know help is a phone call away should the need arise. If you are seeking personal, polite, friendly service, then this is a right fit for you. Renee

Baylor College of Medicine Federal Credit Union has repeatedly either lost checks in the mail or taken up to 3 weeks to receive checks. When I spoke to the manager about this issue, he himself was supposed to FedEx a check to me. Weeks later still no check. Spoke to the manager again and his answer was that I am more than welcome to close my account. Terrible customer service.

Rude ,unprofessional ,harassing employee by the name of Louis needs to be let go from this company. Calling and harassing and violating a customers viewings with others. Unprofessional and unaccepted.
