AVOID this loan company at all cost worst company to get a loan through they over charge customer service sucks. If you use your car for obtaining a loan they will repot it after one missed payment and double the fees

Should have a option for no stars. STAY AWAY, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, TOTALLY BOTTOM FEEDING COMPANY. Trust me you will pay about three to four times more than what you borrow back. Their goal is to repossess your car and they will use every underhanded trick to do it. If you're borrowing money from this company you absolutely cannot be late at all they will repossess your car. Its really sad the way they operate but one thing is for sure a company like this always loses at the end, you can't retire from bottom-feeding.

I would recommend no one to them. Me n my husband use both cars, but when i couldnt get tha title we use his. Got approved for 1,500 been paying on time, untill they sends a letter n a new coupon book saying tha payment went up. Because he didnt get full coverage which my husband ask n tha lady said no because his car was a 03 n mines was a 08 n being finance. So they wasnt getting a second payment n now we back to 2,000 n more, tha employees are rude, n one got in his feelings cause my husband got in his ass. N tha front desk person isnt no better, left a messsge saying we was pass due, called my husband n she says i miss heard how is that when i have her leaving a message. How is this place in business.

On July 4th 2017, I came out my house to go to my place of work only to find my car missing, A 2013 Chevy Equinox that I just got from Auction paid in full. I was shocked and disturbed at the same time; first of all I had to call out from work and then called 911 to file a report that my car has being stolen. The cops told me after listening to my report that a car that match that description was reported repossessed from my area around 3 am that morning that I should call Bay country financial, I was surprised because I didn't get the car through any finance company, but anyway to cut the long story short, I couldn't get through to Bay country financial till the next day 5th of July due to holiday. So on the 5th of July, I called to asked why my car was taken from my home without my permission as I have no business with Bay country financial. I was told by a female representative that my car has being repossessed, I told her there must have being a misunderstanding because I bought the car from auction and the seller was capital one and not even Bay country financial, and that it was not financed but paid for in full with cash. She disagreed, telling me the car was Bay country financial property and that they were the one financing the car since. After series of phone calls and emails showing proofs upon proofs that the car was actually mine and that I was telling the truth about buying the car from auction, the lady from Bay country financial said " oh so.... we have review your documents and finally concluded that we might have repossessed the wrong car and will tow the car back maybe tonight or tomorrow ". I was like, are you kidding me, after taken my car from my home for nearly 2 days already, you're still thinking about when to return it back to me? The lady on the phone said, "Well... it's not our fault, its capital one's fault" and then she dropped the call. This is so unheard of, is it the wrongful repossession of my car or the physical damages incurred on the car after it was returned. I've never seen anything like this in my whole life.

BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I would have known better and wasnt stuck in a huge life rutt. I Wouldn't have ever used them. Every review you read that are horror stories id true. I only borrowed 2500. After it was all said and done I owed them well over 5,000 dollars ive been paying them for about 4 yrs down til i only owed 600 dollars my husband lost his job and. I am disabled. They repoed my car. I just got a letter saying the only sold my car for 300 dollars and now I all of a sudden owe them another 1000 dollars. Their not getting another penny from me. They sell cars to friends and family members instead of auctions and are able to lie about bill of sales to get more money out of people they have already gotten way more then i borrowed. Your not fooling me out of more money

I been dealing with this company for years it’s the best everyone works here is friendly they get u in and out and they work with you with payments I give bay country 10 stars.

Started off great, relationship didn't end well. I don't review to much but overall I am NOT HAPPY!!! If you need it and can pay it off quickly go for it because they will give the $ quickly if not DON'T DO IT!!!!

They sent me a pre- approval and based off the reviews I will never take a loan from this company. I’ve never seen so many terrible reviews. It’s one thing if 10 people say they suck .. but all these reviews say the same thing lol. I’m not even going to put myself in this predicament. This is the only loan place with such terrible reviews.

i paid my debt off almost 2 months ago and i have YET to recieve my release papers. I was told that they would be mailed out july 7. I called 2 weeks later only to find out they lied. They said it was sent out on July 11. ok. They sent it to my old address. It does NOT take 4 weeks dor the post office to forward mail. Emails have been blocked. They claim that MVA wont accept fax copies of the release papers. WHY THE HECK DON'T I HAVE MY PAPERS YET. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. THEY ARE PREVENTING ME FROM SELLING MY TRUCK. Google does need to have a negative star rating because this company is the worse. They are b-sers when it comes to sending out paperwork but will repo in a heartbeat.

We had a good experience with bay country I always make my payments as due and everyone I came in contact with has always been friendly and never have i had any trouble or anything i definitely can say that this place is good and i look forward to using them in future
