I was very satisfied with their customer service in helping me switch banks. Jennifer McCuan made it extremely easy for me and I appreciate her assistance!

I had a banking problem that I had been going back and forth between banks, for over eight months, trying to solve. Jennifer, Justin and Beverly solved my problem in only two days. Because I am 83 years old, and no genius when it comes to the internet, it meant so much to me. I give 5 stars for over and above personal care.

I have never needed to write one of these reviews before. I have been a long time customer and also in the customer service industry myself for many years. That is why I would like to remain anonymous in this post. This is challenging to write because autumn and that young man are stellar employees. The young man gave me financial advise once that I took to my advisor and has helped me tremendously! Autumn always has polite conversation with me. Great costumer service in that regard! The Marion branch also is wonderful and where I go most the time ! My issue that has made me all but cut ties with this company is Katie the manager at the carterville branch. Every encounter I have had is very rude and snobby. Unless their is another dark haired lady around. Where she is then very nice in a fake way. The final straw for me was when I was leaving she called me or another customer a “f word b” horrid customer service to say the least. Has bothered me for months. If this was my team I would want to know. I must say. One bad egg does not spoil the rest. Thank you.
