I cannot say enough about Banks Chevrolet! I leased a car there in May 2016 to get me through my last year of college. I have never once felt that my age was a disadvantage when dealing with the Banks employees. I receive the same respect and service as any other customer. I have not had to bring my car in for any service except for the usual maintenance. The employees are all very helpful, and make the car maintenance process easy and without stress. I also love that my car is washed and vacuumed after every visit! I would definitely consider buying my next car from Banks upon the end of my lease, and recommend that anyone looking to buy or lease a car consider Banks, as well.

Overall my experience went well. Skylar was a pleasure to work with during my time at the dealership. We went through a few vehicles and test rides before finding the right vehicle. He was professional through it all and had a clear and direct answer for every question I had. I appreciated not being pressured into a sale or vehicle. One thing he did that stood out was he figured out exactly what i wanted and what would work with my price range. He did that early on and that saved all parties involved alot of time. One thing i can tell you is your salesman is the reason I purchased the vehicle that day. I normally sit on decisions like that overnight but he made everything so smooth and more of a good experience versus a big decision/think about it experience. He is an asset to your organization and if I were in charge i would keep him positioned at the desk he is at, he makes a good first impression, at least for someone who appreciates someone being upfront and direct. I spoke with your sales manager briefly and he was very professional as well. He has a unique skill in sales in that it was like you were talking to a cool neighbor versus a sales manager, just a neighbor with a great knowledge of car inventory and pricing. Your finance manager Otto is very professional as well. I feel bad he had to explain three times how the different financing options worked but he explained them till i got it and held a pleasant demeanor during this time. All and all in all don't change a thing, the experience was as good as it gets from front to back. I have already referred two people your way and will continue to do so. Lastly Banks holds the record for being the dealership I bought my first ever brand new vehicle at. I love my 2020 Silverado!

Once again my husband and I purchased another vehicle from Banks. This time a new 2021 Chevy Custom. The service was great like usually and with the pandemic we were able to do a lot of things online. When we did go in the facility was very safe. I bought a 2020 Chevy Impala from Banks. Mike was my salesman. He moved the car from the showroom to outside so I could test drive it. I wound up buying the car that day. This is an update to my review from eight months ago. I have been asked to comment on my recent service experience at Banks for a $5 Amazon gift card. Who wouldn't take them up on that offer? I have visited the service department every 5,000 miles for oil changes. this is quite frequent due to a 110 mile daily commute. But it's in Concord on the way home from work so I feel as if it's on the way. Usually when I get there I end up waiting about an hour because of people there before me. But the waiting area is comfortable. At my July visit I was told that the brakes needed to be scraped to get the dirt off, or some such thing, at the number of miles I was at. Since I was there for inspection and they would be looking at the brakes anyway I thought this was odd. My husband said later he had never heard of such a thing. And, according to the inspection report there was nothing that had to be taken care of for the brakes. So I would have spent money for nothing. Good thing I said no. Anyway, in terms of regular service through the Quick Lube line I have no complaints. The car is always washed and vacuumed. I recommend Banks for sales and service.

I bought my first New Truck at Banks a couple years ago and will only bring it to Banks for oil changes and service. The staff is extremely friendly and service is top notch. My wife is looking to get a new vehicle and I will be only shopping at Banks.

I have had positive experiences in the Sales Dept with Kyle and in the Service Dept with Steve, Raine, Stacy, and Ed Penn. Each of them has worked to address my particular issue. I also like the loaner program which allowed me to conduct other business in the area while my car is being serviced.
