I have banked here for 16 plus years and would never leave! Therese in the Gore road office is awesome! I moved to another state and even sometimes when it’s hard not having direct access to my personal bank I’d still wait for cards or notices in the mail over having to bank else where

Overall experience has been good Covid-19 has forced them on especially busy days to limit patronage to a preset amount of people. The shelves are generally fully stocked though and service is mostly good.

I went to this branch because I moved to Webster ma. The first time the teller shorted me $100.00. Which was alright mistakes happen. Then the second time I deposited a payroll check and they put an accidental hold on it. Second mistake. So seems to me they don’t have competence in their employees. This bank sucks,if you care about your funds and not having to deal with constant problems disregard using Webster branch. Dummies

Deposited a check and my account was closed before I could use ANY of it... I literally cashed a check, went to a grocery store all in the same day, and my card was denied already.

Only went with this bank for a short time, but the employees were nice and never had any issues. Some of the FAQs were not appeasing to my needs, so I went elsewhere.

Just moved to webster. Went there to open an account. Sat in the waiting area. After 15 minutes of being ignored I left. 3 teller's no customers nobody said anything. No greeting no somebody will be right with you no can I help you no contact at all
