Bank OZK The Landing Dr, Douglasville

I've been banking with OZK for years now and have not had one single problem. The issue here is that people give 1 star due to an inconvenience instead of giving a real rating based on the trouble they've had compared to the years of no trouble they've experienced. If you've had 5 long years without a single mishap and then experience one single event that upset you, does that really call for a one star rating... or should the 5 star experience go down to a 4 star? People want to experience perfection not understanding that the company is filled with humans who make mistakes from time to time. Keep up the good work OZK and learn from any mistakes made.

Well I had a very concerning visit this afternoon, don’t want to put anyone’s job at jeopardy so I won’t use names. But walking in they were very nice . So I told her I wanted to take out XO amount and gave the teller my bank card(no ID or anything just the card) we sparked a convo and she proceeded to give me my money and card back. Not thinking until I got to the car. I didn’t even use my pin! She never asked me for my ID , nor pin. We’re is the security?? So if someone were to find my card. ( just say it was lost) It would have been that easy to go get all my money off. Wow! That’s VERY concerning.

I would give you zero stars if I could. Why would you start closing on Saturday?? Most people can't make it to the bank on weekdays.

I have been banking with the Douglasville Chapel Hill Road location for over 3 years and not once had a problem with them.

They closed my account with out notifications . I have no debt to the bank and haven’t in a year go somewhere else
