If you want good customer service and fast service, dont come to this bank. They have 8 windows and only two open so the line takes over 30 min.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful however, it is not uncommon to wait outside for 45 minute in order to get to a clerk. SEVERELY understaffed.

Stay away. The average wait to get help is about 30 mins plus. They only had 2 tellers with a long line. Worst bank experience I’ve ever had

Bad customer service and judgemental, two tellers ganged up on me raising there voices and even accusing me of having a counterfeits when they never bothered to see what is in the bag, very embarrassing. Gloria, you and Co-worker if you're reading this you need to be a same of yourselves and stop judging people.

I've been using this bank for 8 years. Although sometimes the wait is a little lengthy on a Friday afternoon, the staff is always smiling and moving customers through quickly, even when the customers are impatient.
