Bank OZK Hospital Dr, Douglasville

ever since the feds took over my bank I and i pulled out of it i have been looking for a bank i can deal with. I had 5 accounts 3 business and 2 personal accounts. The banking industry is filled with rude customer no service people all looking to fee you to death! But then i found this bank ! They have been nothing but kind and helpfull. I don't know what the other person that left the bad remark is talking about but from day one i have n=been happy with this bank. she said she owned a business but doesn't know about the Secretary of State's business website? Sounds like a wanna be business owner to me, because if you own a legitimate business all banks will ask you for the proper paperwork it is federal law!

Went to this bank to open up a business bank account. When I walked into the ladies office, I said hello and she never greeted me back. She then told me that we needed something from the Secretary of State in order to open a business account, which I had never heard before. We left that bank and went to Suntrust and opened an account with no issues. Sure, I didn't want to pay for monthly service fees but it's worth it when good customer service comes along with it.

I have had an account at this bank for nearly two years and have never had a problem with any of the people that work here. I have recommended this bank to everyone. Thanks Bank OZK!

A nice place to bank... We do business and personal banking here. We always have great service. They treat people like family.
