Try to get off work early to make it to the bank because they said they close at five online got there, not one person . wasn’t even open.!!! can’t use the ATM !! Definitely want to find a new bank

Liars, poor customer service and when questioning the lack of sign and poor business practices all the teller wanted to do was threaten to call the law! Glad to see this branch close, I hope all involved find the direct route to the unemployment line.

This bank customer service is terrible. My husband went to the bank to get money out to pay his employee just to find out the rep forgot to process his deposit this morning. After showing the bank the deposit slip form the manager still did not know where the money went. They began to say the deposit form looked faked. After calling the other bank an hour away and confirming everything it got cleared. You cannot have people running a bank and losing money. I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone.

Outstanding!!! I have had an account with BB&T for years and have always had a great experience. The customer service is beyond helpful. Any request I have ever had has been handled in a timely and professional manner. Recently, Beth & Crystal both have went out of their way to assist me with necessary documents for purchasing a home. I am very grateful to them for helping make a stressful time less complicated.

Customer Service so bad, and they rip you off. If I have money in my account to cover mu purchases, and use my debit card. The money should automatically deducted from available balance, you can't tell me that it doesn't do that and take 3-5 days ro process, so if you make another purchase it will cause you to overdraft becauae they haven't processed transaction. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Garbage bank. BB&T creates new fees every month to rip off your business account. They charge me for a transaction that happened in August again with fees in September. I’ve never heard of a bank that charges you repeatedly for the same transaction. Every month it’s something different. Garbage bank. Garbage people.

Rude tellers and absolutely no customer service whatever. Villa Rica is the best location

I get my work support checks in this banks name. Just walk in with my drivers license to get my money. Love it! Not like wells Fargo that charges 8 dollars if u don't have an acct with them

Generally speaking, BB&T has to be the worse bank on this planet!!! I’ve NEVER encountered so many technical difficulties within a banking system where I can’t use my debit card, neither any ATM.. this has become something of normal for this bank..

Bank Tellers very business like with a courteous and, hospitality like attitude. This is before the awareness of the coronaviris. 5*****s
