Bank of Utah - City Creek S 200 E, Salt Lake City

Ive been a member of the Bank of Utah for 20+ yrs I am still old fashion when it comes to taking care of my banking business I prefer face to face. The Bank of Utah is definitely on the cutting edge of technology with all the online applications they offer seemless interface without dealing with an actual person. But I enjoy speaking with the CSR's Tellers all the associates at the 701 S State Street branch in Salt lake City. I have always felt that my needs have been met with a sincere effort to make sure I am not just a number. I appreciate that. Branch Manger: Mary Ryan, she has always treated me with respect and professionalism she is warm and actually cares I view her as a friend as well. I know I have plenty of options for my Banking when asked I have always and will continue to speak very highly of the Bank of Utah Thank you for all you do. Bryan k Benns.

Worst service ever- hands down! Walked in stood in line. "Teller B" says we will be right with you. No problem we wait. Not 20 seconds later Teller B proceeds to loudly ask us, over the customer she is supposed to be helping, "What are you here for?". Seriously. Never have we ever been asked to disclose our banking needs to two tellers assisting two other customers. We gave a short answer that earned an eye roll. We made it up to Teller A's window and she seemed new looking for direction. Teller B proceeds to insert herself into our conversation, again stopping what she was doing with the same customer, and proceeds to again loudly explain why they could not help us. Long story short they were extremely rude and gave zero help because we did not have an account with them. I would never have an account with a bank where this lack of ettiquite is acceptable or condoned. If you value your banking privacy steer clear of this bank. * We were out of town and able to receive assistance from Chase Bank down the street Guess what..we don't have an account with a them either. Yet, they took the time to assist us.

Do not make the mistake of believe i am the person who is speaking to you now I am not That is to say N-O-T This is an indisputable fact that has been scientifically proven It is useless to belabor facts that have already been proven Just as it is useless to wander off on a tangent with a bullwhip in search of a dead horse If you do not accept this to be true Then you are insane and will be locked up I personally have never been locked up But that is bevcause i personally have never been insance Nor have have i ever personally, that is to say, as a person, been a criminal You, on the other hand, are obviously crazy This is a scientific fact that is instinctively and intuitively obvious To all peoples of all races, creeds, and colors And in all walks of life But do not obsfucate matters with science or other baloney sandwiches Your opinions are not relevant to the issue of your mental capacity But rather are dead hgorders whirch are not N-O-T to be flogged My purose here is to clearly Demonstrate to all concerned that you are indeed insance So that all doctors, policement, and other persons of authority Will be shown to their professional satisfaction the truth of my statements Please do not change color while i am talking to you Of course everyone knows that my statements are always truthful But unfortunately i must demonstrate to you the fact that you are not in touch with reality Because i have only have your best interests at hearet And you must learn to function in the modern world of today May i please have fifty cents? Functioning is the process whereby decent people of society inter-relate with one another For the sole purpose of keeping the modern world a safe place for all in which to live If you get my drift

Bank of Utah I would give them a 10 all the employees are very nice very easy to talk with knowledgeable and very efficient. ********* 😉

I love coming to this branch All staffs are professional and extremely friendly and they have the best customer service ever I will recommend them to all my family and friends:)

The employees at this location are the best! They take such good care with each person - I enjoy every visit.
