I come back to this review specifically to retract what I said! Sad! It has to be said that their ATM is now inside the building so it’s not as readily accessible as it used to be. Maybe they had to many incidents with it? Who knows! It’s unfortunate for those late nights when you need cash for bars/Late night cash only eats. Old review: I personally have only used this place for an ATM, which is easily accessible. It's a bit secluded but in the same area as the mall which makes it convenient.

I do no stars but then you can’t see the review Went in to put in my check the System was down They said as soon as the system gets back up they will put in the check they gave me a receipt for the check and everything the system came back up they still hadn’t put In the check called customer service they said to wait until the next day to see if it got put in called the next day check still isn’t available and they are not open until Tuesday

Honestly I love this branch out there the employees are simply epic amazing they treat me like human being they always smile 😊 and very helpful respectful I will always go to this branch before I will go to other branches so huge coodles to the city creek mall location have a amazing epic beautiful day be safe be careful I love you all

If you are on a rush do not go here. This branch is always super slow because they only have one or two cashiers at the time. I miss the branch inside city creek.

Both, the receptionist whom I don’t remember the name and Jake the Loan office where really respectful and in a hour opened an account and applied to a credit line and card. after lunch is safe to go, there wasn’t a lot a people

Some of the best service I've ever had. I was easily able to get to this branch from Vivint Smart Home Arena by just heading east on South Temple. While walking in I had the door opened for me by the receptionist, and everyone in the branch said hi to me! Like who does that? The teller who helped me was friendly and quick. Some great people there

I needed to do some transfers and a withdrawal on my accounts while I was visiting Temple Square. The representative that helped me was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this branch to family and friends. The branch is a little tucked away so I'd thought I'd share on here how I got there... I walked South from Temple square until I hit South Temple st. Then I took a left towards the mountains, I kept walking for about a block, just before State Street. It's the corner building on the right, Then I proceeded through the grand entry way (It's tucked into the building by a parking pay station) and the branch was right there on the right, right when I walked in. I attached a copy of my google maps directions, hope it helps. Blessed Be.

The employees are always very kind and genuine. It was really easy to find from the parking garage, I just went up the elevators by the Macy's, walked past Chick Fil A and took the escalators up to the next level and went past the CostaVida and then past the elevators and too the left and got right to it. Amazing service and amazing products.

I parked on the West side of the mall near Nordstrom, so I passed the Innovation center and headed East towards the food courts. City Creek branch is located on the second floor near the South Temple entrance and Jimmy Johns. Just follow the signs for the World Trade Center, you'll pass elevators to your left and City Creek branch will have a big glass door to the left as well. Once you find the branch itself the staff is always super helpful!

Walked over 6 blocks to the downtown ATM on South Temple, and arrived to find it out of service 9/14/19. From the worn sign it may have been out for more than a day. Unfortunate that maps didn't know the ATM was broken.
