I am a Security Officer at Bank of Hope. And I have observed the professional attitude with the bank's employees they very helpful with the customer and with each other to get job done . And there is one bank employee is very helpful. And she help her co-workers with their job and she help the management job lots easyer and things go lots faster. I now started a checking account here at Bank of Hope and Ms Jo Ann Kim was a big help. The bank got a blessing when she came to work. Abd have a very professional attitude about her

Rude staff, we were not greeted upon entering and we're received with a snobby attitude once we finally spoke with someone. Hope management can address their service representatives responsibilities or restaff with people that understand the role.
