    Do NOT trust this company with your money! They take advantage of those hit the hardest by the pandemic and do not even try to work with you but will take money without your consent leaving your account empty!

    My friend does banking with you guys and from the horrible experience she described, I will make sure to stay clear of your establishment and let all my contacts know as well as post reviews on Google and Yelp. Something should be done about employee John Taylor and his manager. That is not way to treat people, especially a customer - someone you depend on to keep a business running. I am absolutely disgusted with this Credit Union. I cannot fathom the fact that a business like this can afford to operate and treat their customers the way that it does.

    While doing business with FCCU for 15 years for both personal and business, I have had mostly positive experiences. Every now and then, as in with any organization, I come across things that just don't make sense like what cars they don't finance or how challenging it was to find someone who knew how to add a dba name to an account under and LLC name. But, even through those annoyances, people at the 4 different branches I worked with have always been courteous and gone the extra mile. They have services that a lot of other credit unions don't have like deposit by mobile phone. Especially in Spring Branch, you feel like you are working with a local bank.

    First community credit union is his sister credit union to the Houston police Federal credit Union where I have my account .I have used them many times to make deposits on my account so I don’t have to drive several miles to HPDCU. I went in today to make a deposit and then asked the teller if she would fax a letter for me and she replied “ we don’t do that anymore”. I was surprised and disappointed that a Credit Union that says they care about their members wouldn’t fax a letter?

    Miss Sarai Stoffer, was very pleasant understanding help me consolidate help me to put my banking on my cell phone so I could do online help me to have all my banking easy access explained everything very patient she had a very good bedside manner I will recommend her to anyone.

    After signing in - waiting and watching two people get serviced that came after me- then being told that a bank card is not offered for a savings account. It did not sit well. The bank card was offered at the time I open the account. The person that helped was in an office since I got it- not acknowledging any body- I feel I wasted my lunch hr on a worthless situation. Not happy.

    Just needed to get a new debit card...due to false charges on my account. Used to be you’d go in and walk up to member services and you were out in under 15 minutes with a new card. New policy .. check in and wait. Currently have waited 45 minutes and still no help... 7 people also waiting and only 2 people working... not happy FCCU...

    I have nothing bad to say about their employees. What is kicking me in the butt is the dang drive through being shut down. I’m a working woman and can not get there on time before they close. So I’m having to pay to get my checks cashed. . My husband has the same issue. One more week and we’re out of there. Change your hours to accommodate the working class people!

    Debbie - During the construction at our Spring Branch office, we’ve been open until 5:30 inside while the drive thru has been closed. Even better news is when we reopen the drive thru we will be open until 7pm. In the meantime we are open until 7pm at the H-E-B a few blocks away over on Bunker Hill. We appreciate your membership with us.

    I've been with this credit union sine I was 16. They were very good, accommodating, and a refreshing choice to a greedy bank. Now they are charging fees for account and turned into a greedy bank. DO NOT OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT.
