If you try to make a bank transfer, expect to be lectured and lose both time and money for outgoing and incoming fees! Inferior customer service and unprofessional employees. I called to inquire about the complicated bank transfer status over the phone, and she started yelling.

This bank describes there values as having "honesty, integrity, and clarity." That is far from my experience with them. I opened an account online, and placed an eft for $2 over my balance to my other bank. I was charged $34 overdraft fee + $4/day overdraft fee. The only way I found out about that was through physical mail 20 days later. If I had received an email notification I would have added funds same day to resolve the issue. I called customer service and they said they don't do anything except reset passwords. Rather, a local branch would be able to address the issue. Local branch says I opened online and have to go through online banking, "she is going to send an email." Then pressing for a phone number I'm told I have to work with the downtown branch and the Greenwood Village branch can't help. I told them I work right next to the Greenwood Village branch and want to work with them, the lady then quizzed me on where I work and what building...nice. So now I'm waiting for a call from another branch, after a number of phone calls and mass confusion. Nobody wants to help, this company is an absolute joke.

I have had excellent service with this bank. I can call a branch and have things ready for me when I arrive at the drive-thru, which has been very good with covid now. They do not have all of the big bank nonsense, charges and lack of respect for their customers. My experience has been very good.

I love how this bank handles things as there's a pandemic along the fact that I'm still waiting on a direct deposit of my stimulus check. You CLOSED my acct with out telling me first. Good going BOC. NEVER DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN.

They finally sent my card after 2 months, but then my account is now closed with no warning. Go elsewhere to bank is all I can say

Beware of this bank!!!! Went to the ATM to withdraw $350, I heard the ATM counting the money, no money came out. The ATM went back to home screen, I checked my acct afterwards and the money was gone out of my acct, went into the branch and they basically told me they could not help and would have to contact my bank
