If I could give a -5 stars review I would. they stole coins I deposited around $1500 worth and will not give my money. When I give them proof that they have the incorrect amount they tell there is nothing they can do. When I ask for a number or location of the coin center they say they don't have that information. This is the worst bank avoid at all cost.

I can't give 0 stars or I would. I have been sitting at the drive thru for 20 minutes. Currently 6th in line with 4 cars behind me. I realize people may have things that take a few minutes but to have only 1 teller is absurd. The last thing this bank wants to do is have you do actual banking with them. So done with this bank.

The signs clearly state that drive through is now open with Saturday hours ending at noon. Was there at 11 am. The place is CLOSED!!!! Very disappointed. Have 2 drive up ATMs and only one was functioning. Too many people waiting. I don’t like to use ATMs because of prior issues. This branch has really gone down in service. BOA needed to do better. I know you feel that this branch is in an area that is “less than”...but trust and believe that there are plenty of people who live nearby that have an abundance of blessings.

I never give bad reviews...but I can not help it. All locations shortened their hours a couple years ago to 9-4. That alone sucks but small change that I got used to. This location has now ripped out it's drive thru services. I spend upwards of 20 min every morning to make deposits for my company. I feel bad for the girls working there. They are very nice and try hard to keep a smile on when 8-10 ppl are in line pissed off for having to be there. I try hard to keep my frustrations toward the company not the workers. 9 out of 10 times the banker has to call a supervisor over to complete a transaction. Then they both stand their dumbfounded for a good minute straight...every time. I can only assume it is the computers going slow or something. It has become the worst part of every morning of my life. A plea to the public-Cash is not king anymore, use your darn credit/debit card and save us all the trip to this god awful place!

This location always has 1-2 teller windows open while there is a line sometimes of 7-12 people. The hours have shortened and now the drive through services have been eliminated. Also, you can no longer make cash deposits into others accounts such as family members or friends unless it is with a money order or cashiers check.

I'd give negative five stars to the manager on site and so called helpful employees. They were less than helpful with ordering new checks. Nobody was busy or with anyone at the time I asked for assistance with something that could have taken five minutes or less but they told me to "do it yourself online." I don't care who you think you are but that's not customer service.

Have been waiting in the drive up for 37 minutes. Still serving the car that was here when I arrived. Line is very long. Website and phone said this branch had lobby hours but it doesn’t.

Their customer service is terrible when it comes to answering the phone and their banking practices are a nightmare. They wouldn't cash a check for one of our company's clients (which had both our name and the client's name on it) despite us having endorsed the check. They told us they wouldn't even deposit the check even if we had a company representative accompany our homeowner to the bank and "suggested" that we cash the check ourselves and then write the client a new one... What's the difference? This has never happened to any of our other clients who use other banking establishments. No we must go through the additional hassle of picking up and processing the existing check and then processing and mailing a new payment to our client. All to save BoA some time. Rubbish

Manager I spoke with was incredibly rude, dismissive, condescending, dishonest (she changed her story the more Bank Of America documentation I cited), and was downright prejudicial at the end. Had a simple problem and she framed her managerial discretion as a corporate policy that she was following, refused to take my calls when I tried to get more information, and talked over me in an INCREDIBLY argumentative way, showing zero professionalism or ability to deescalate when dealing with a frustrated customer. Spoke with BoA corporate. The manager at the branch on Dunn was much more honest (if a bit semantically shady) and helpful, even though they also were unwilling to help with my problem, and I would recommend going out of your way to work with that branch over supporting unprofessional bullies like the management at this branch.

Waited for almost 2h just to have someone do a wire transfer. They said only one lady can do it. She was on the phone for while. Had to leave after all that. Lindbergh branch is way better. It shouldn't take that long to get some assistance.
