Small business Ms.Harper is amazing. She is all the help you will need when establishing a business account. This facility small business department was very informational and helpful. I would recommend anyone to this branch.

I cannot even begin to praise this branch enough. I was there to handle a deposit for my first home and from the second that I got there- the process couldn't have been smoother and the staff couldn't be nicer. With COVID precautions we had to stay 6 feet away and wait in the line. The Security was so welcoming, helpful and was taking care of everyone. He brought someone in to sit down that was pregnant so they could be off their feet and help route people to the right Bank of America team members. When I entered the building, I waited to be helped and I got to see first hand the level of service that the whole team provided. They treated everyone with the utmost respect and got everyone in and out quickly. I had the pleasure of working with Maria and she was amazing. So friendly, knowledge and helpful. They are taking in a lot of volume since other locations are closed and they handled it so well. When people go above and beyond I always want to make sure that I thank them for it.

Very unorganized. I waited over 30 mins for someone. Mrs Erica was very nice and helpful

I'm giving 4 stars only for the security guy. Some of the people inside are a bit rude but the security guy is always so nice and helpful.

I gave it two stars instead of one because I see the employees are so friendly and they are trying so hard... The employees are great but.... Unfortunately this location is chronically understaffed. It should be illegal for BoA to make it this hard to get my money from the bank 😔

I hate this bank. Routinely have only 1 teller and then there’s 15 people in line. You can’t do anything efficiently here. It takes 40 min to get in and make a deposit and get out. Unbelievable.

A great team at Bank America Ponce De Leon. I go there often, and the more I go the more I have enjoyed the people. The Manager, and Michelle, are always helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work. Terrible experience,the manager Maria she litterally tried to kick out us from the branch,we had an emergency issue with the money transferred by zelle and she even didn’t listen to us because i guess it was near closing time 3:45 and they just were sitting and chatting when we entered and seemed really annoyed because we just disturbed their comfort. We were told that we had to have appointment to fix that emergency issue.That’s is a shame of the corporation to have such an unprofessional staff!!!

Worst BOA I have ever been to. Routinely has one teller with people lined up outside the door. Meanwhile 4 or 5 managers sitting in their offices staring at their computer screens. Unfortunately its the closest to my house.
