    I have had a terrible experience with Bank of America. (This location especially) In dealing with some fraudulent activity, they have been very unhelpful. Nobody can give me a straight answer and I am being told something different by every person I speak to. I am a young girl who admittedly isn't all that knowledgable and I felt as if I was being looked down upon and treated like I was stupid because of this. They were very rude and as soon as this is resolved, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

    This location will never answer the phone. More often than not, only one teller working. Line always takes a minimum of 45 minutes. Closed on a Friday? This is possibly the worst run location on the planet. Tons of one star reviews and they refuse to address any of the problems that keep getting posted here. Time for a new bank

    Just a horrible experience always only one teller working. line always backed way up. I would never have an account here for this reason only. And it has nothing to do with the pandemic it has always been like this . They need to hire more staff or at least when they see the line is backed way up somebody comes and helps which never happens👎

    I am sure this will be answered by some halfass insincere apology with no change. You can call this branch anytime of day, as many times as you want, and nothing. This branch is beyond a joke, its a disgrace. I will do everything in my power to switch banks and take my families finances elsewhere.

    If I could give zero stars I would worst customer service ever the african American pregnant lady that attended me was rude and just not nice I have been banking with bank of america for over 20 years and her actions today really made want to take out my money and do business elsewhere. Life advice if you hate your job and you are that miserable you should just quit and move on. The thought of her being a mother really makes my skin crawl another useless member of society in the making

    If you are interested in receiving horrible customer service, I encourage you to go to this Branch. They have perfected it. Five stars for the worst banking experience ever. The Branch Manager should have to attend mandatory customer service training sponsored by someone other than by BOA.

    This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Understaffed at the teller counter is by far, my biggest issue. The tellers are very nice, there just aren’t enough of them...ever. I’ve been in during all times of day and the wait is always ridiculous. It is obvious the customer service is not a priority, as there are typically at least two members of “management” standing around while the line, both inside and outside, grows. They only seem to be friendly and accommodating if you are new to the bank. I’ve been told this is a “flagship branch,” which is a joke. Please, do yourself a favor and walk across the parking lot to BB & T.

    One teller for drive thru and and walk ins for normal transactions. Appears there's a purposeful reason for customers to wait...wait...wait up to 50 minutes. "customer service" "we care" blah, blah, blah

    Some friendly employees. Typically an extended wait. But the manager, who is a complete beta lacking any self esteem, seems to use his banking powers to screw over people he might not like. (Me). He seems to enjoy telling me he cant help with some issues I have had with my account.. issues that another branch was happy to fix in the past. The "man" is a pathetic joke
