Usually, I never leave negative feedback. I ran out of patience. I wonder why this bank called a bank? I asked today to exchange my twenties to one hundreds bills in the amount of $1500 total and got response - we don't have it. Is that a bank or private small business that they don't have $1500 in cash? Not only that, when I asked do you have fifties instead, I got answer that they need cash for Bank of America clients... Really!? When I showed them my BofA debit card and ask what did that last statement mean, I was kindly rerouted to ATM. UNBELIEVABLE! You are sending alive person to a machine. Do you realize what you are doing? You are going to lose your job just because those ATM machines will replace you. Sorry BofA. Why do you keep this branch open, I don't know... Terrible customer service. Or maybe because, I was speaking with an accent and they didn't like me for that. Something is wrong, I didn't feel welcomed in this place. Farewell.

THE WORST BRANCH EVER!!! I never write reviews, but I can't keep quiet this time. It took about an hour to process two cars in the drive-thru. They must be processing loan applications through the drive-thru. It is absolutely HORRIBLE! This is not the first time that I had this experience. This location is poorly managed. It's obvious they don't care about your time or their time. The average teller processing time per transaction must be thirty-five minutes or more. Regional management needs to have an exit poll as customers leave the bank. They will see that a lot of people agree with my assessment. The reason people don't write reviews or complete their survey is because they have spent so much time waiting in lines that they don't want to waste another minute of their time. If they can't do a better job of running this branch, please CLOSE IT DOWN and fire all of the people because it is a poor representation of the overall bank. By the way, I'm a shareholder of BOA! I will write a better review when I see improvement.

Don't bother dialing the number. No one ever answers it. EVER! Automated system that ask you "would you like to speak to an associate?", then rings and rings, and gives you the option to loop back to the beginning or disconnect. Kinda like pissing up a rope. Atleast when you dial the 1-800 number you may talk to someone. Last time I call I waited 1hr 17min. to speak to someone. I once only waited 17 min only to be transferred to nowhere. "Your call can not be connected at this time. Please hang up and try again." Any problem with BOA is best dealt with online, or go into your local bank. All you get on the phone, after waiting for extended amounts of time, is apologies!

The women behind the glass are wonderful! I'm guessing they're managers but whatever they are, they're slow, they don't acknowledge you, and 2 of them (a man and a woman) all they do is follow each other around. It's really sad!

Worst experience ever waited for over an hour to get a direct deposit form. The banking manager and a teller were literally gossiping instead of assisting customers
