    Horrible service! Let me start by saying the manager and branch manager will sit in their office on the phone and typing on the computer and not take any customers no matter how many people are waiting to be serviced. The managers will assist behind the teller before they take customers in there office. The new branch manager walks around with a permanent frown on her face looking mean all the time and so uninviting. The manager dresses in tight low cut club attire and it’s so inappropriate and hard on the eyes. The new manager brought in bad energy when she started here and it rubbed off on her staff because now the staff doesn’t act happy. I sure hope the service and management improves at this location because it is the closest location to my house.

    The greeter was rude. I was really shocked because normally the staff is exceptionally friendly. I feel if you're having a bad day,, it happens to us all...you should consider taking a mental health day if possible because being rude is totally unacceptable.

    Hard to get in touch with them! There is not a direct line to any of the branches, you get shuffled around only to have them call internally to relay your questions. Any business that wants to pride themselves with customer service needs open line of communication to the department you need. It’s a poorly run business!!

    I don't like the idea of removing your hat and teller window. I am looking at leaving AFCU for that reason. The staff is very customer service oriented. I just don't like that policy.

    Unlike other reviewers, I actually had a pleasant experience here. They were following Covid protocols, which I appreciated and the teller and manager were very friendly. I was also greeted when I entered. I had a complicated transaction and they were patient and went out of their way to help me get it done.

    To make a long story short I had a savings account with money in it, since I didn't touch my account every month or every other month depending on how my financial situation went I tried to leave this savings account alone, well this bank has a inactivity fee that was $5 a month and they drained my entire savings account and closed it without do much as a letter or phone call about the situation

    Not ready for prime time, I deposited a cashier's check for 20k on the 24th of last month. This morning I discovered that they have frozen the amount of the check and all the money on deposit previous to the 20k check being deposited. Its impossible for the Cashier's Check to not be paid 14 days later. Amount available, "0".

    Worst bank experience I’ve ever had!!! The teller was super rude and feisty with me while I attempted to explain my deposit to her, she even walked away in the process of me still speaking. I asked for a manager, thankfully she wasn’t as unprofessional. Unfortunately, it took me over 30-min to make a simple deposit.

    Pathetic customer service and online banking experience of my life. None of the customer service staff is willing to help you out in any ways, as if they are just their to warm the chairs and bounce your call from one customer service agent to another just so nobody has todo any work.
