    Nearly impossible to get a hold of our numerous "account reps" over the past 3-4 years. The branch states they cannot help with basic issues and we must contact our rep (who never responds). So much for customer service.

    Amber is lovely and has a great attitude. The older woman (short dark colored hair with no name tag) working beside her was slow, showed no consideration for customers as she was done with the couple before me and they left the bank, she told me I’d have to wait while she finished up. She took her time putting money together, mentioned how she had so much money sitting on her desk. She went to the back with the drive thru to scan more cash. Never looked at me again, never came back. Meanwhile Amber helped a customer during this time and still was done before the other woman to call me over and cash my check. Thank you Amber for your customer service 👍🏼 On another note, I wish BOA could have provided me paperwork with checking account options as I’m looking for a new bank and this location did not have any pamphlets to take home or read.

    Consistent unreasonably long wait times in the drive-thru & counter. They have 6 ‘relationship bankers’ sitting at desks and only 1 teller managing a single drive-thru lane and counter customers. The tellers are always courteous and proficient, but the branch manager needs to rethink how they allocate their staff in order to better serve their customers. Other less-convenient branches in the surrounding areas have tellers at every stall.

    Bank of America is the worst bank there is!.! Consumer Reports rated the lowest I wish I just could have gave a zero Stars I try them out now I'm in the process of opening a new bank account I suggest if you don't have a bank account with them don't waste your time they don't give you availability on deposits and if you need to call customer service make sure you have a good three hours to get in touch with somebody that's if you can get in touch with somebody if you're a small business don't do it cuz you won't be able to operate cuz your money will never be available unless you're okay waiting 11 days for a check to clear I don't know how they're still in business, anybody that gives them more than one star I don't think he's ever had another bank account with another bank

    This is one of the few branches still open in the area so it may be a good idea if you are open during your normal posted business hours. When I come on a Saturday at 11 am and your supposed to be open till noon but your closed it really is a waste of time. There was alot of people there showing up to locked doors during open hours. Tighten up.

    Love the bank, tellers are pleasant, but never more than 1 drive through line open. 30 minutes to wait to make a deposit is too long. The branch in Palm bay on Babcock Street always has 2 lines open and less than 5 minutes wait time.

    I can’t believe after months after months this bank still does not have a drive-through service and when you go into the lobby there’s one person helping a line full of people very ridiculous, Don’t know how these companies gonna stay in business, To answer your response some people do not want to use the ATM or mobile Device

    They try hard. BOA has really nosed dived during the covid pandemic. Look at the overall ratings and reviews they tell a story. Covid 19 has been hard on a lot of businesses. BOA has chosen to cut customer service at most of their locations with covid being the excuse. This branch does have a personal banker name Errol who is wonderful. Errol gets all five stars NOT BOA. BOA has some work to do to get the public's confidence back. Good luck. I travel across town to see Errol.

    My husband and I have been with Bank of America for about 20 years and have had it! I can't wear a mask because of breathing issues. We just moved to Melbourne and was treated shabbily at this location too. We are respectful of the social distancing rules and that should be enough.We where told to use the drive thru or atm. This is discrimination and so we will find a bank that will work with ada protected people

    this branch never has more than one teller at the front desk three officers and one teller at the drive-through. I have never walked in the bank to cash a check that it did not take me a minimum of 25 minutes their customer service is absolutely at a snails pace
