I walked in the bank at 3:55pm. I was not paying attention as I walked in while i was gathering my checks. However as I started to approach the counter, I noticed the two tellers talking, then rudely the African American teller with braids just shouted we closed. No hello, or politeness to it. I looked up in shock, then as we were talking and I told her I don't have a card, she was typing on the computer and I then saw her remove her drawer. As she did that, she respond I can help you as my drawer is out, but she knew when I came in I was looking for the deposit slips. Instead of her saying I'm sorry or teyung to assist me, she was just so rude. I had no problem leaving as I did, but the service was poor and her attitude was just wrong. There were two other employees that I could see there both Caucasian. They did not say anything. The one behind the counter looked like she wanted to help me buy the African American woman was being so rude, that they just let it go. Please don't take it as a racist issue, as I'm African American also. I looked at this as a un professional , little to no customer service, and bullying situation of the bank employee. If the man in the front office was the manager he should have at least addressed her tone and unprofessionalism. I truly understand when it's time to go home, you want to go home, but it's a way of handling the situation when a customer slips through the cracks at closing times. They need to train her better.

Horrible customer service! I went there to make a new account because someone stole money out of my account so the froze the account. The bank manager told us we shouldn’t make a account and our money would be at risk. Then talked to corporate office again they told me to make a account again I told them what the bang manager said and the didn’t understand why she said that. The went there again to make the account they wouldn’t do it because they closed at 4 and I got there at 3:34, then tried to do it again couldn’t because they were understaffed. Finally was able to make another account over the phone with corporate. And made a complaint about this branch. People don’t want to do their jobs there. And were very rude.

Branch has been closed for a few weeks now. Today I went there at about 3pm and they had a sign on the door saying branch closed. Why though? Like this is crazy. It was two older women (80+) trying to go inside the branch and only to turn around and have to walk back to their car with canes and limping because the branch is closed. I pulled up and asked are they closed they said yes and expressed their frustration as did I. They asked where the next nearest one was, I informed them that one has been closed as well that’s why I was at this branch lol smh. Y’all really need to get it together y’all are BANK OF AMERICA!!!!

So I found out when I got there that the lobby area was closed. I asked the woman at the door who told me that the lobby was closed and that i has to use the drive thru, that I had change (which was rolled) and a savings bond to deposit into my account, she said yes they can do that through the drive thru because there was a teller. I got my kids back in the car and went and waited in the line for 45 minutes. I then start getting my stuff ready to put on the tray, and the teller proceeds to tell me that they cannot accept change through the drive thru or deal with savings bonds through the drive thru! I was extremely mad because I was told that I could and that’s why I waited so long. She just told me that I had to go to a branch that had the lobby open. I even told her that the lady at the door told me I could and that’s why I waited, if the woman did not know the answer she should have asked instead of wasting my lunch period waiting in line and still not getting done what I was trying to do. I am very upset about this and will not return to this branch.

I was really sad when my company switched it's banking to another provider. Over the last year I have come to look forward to seeing Janina, Brianna and the rest of the team when processing my deposits every night. They worked very promptly, and always had a smile! I enjoyed working with Janina and Brianna because they were always quick to make me laugh and after a long day in customer service, to be able to go to a bank (of all places) and have your day turned around is remarkable! Although during busier times the lines can get a little long, the tellers themselves are very professional and quick with their service! I don't see the team anymore since having to use another banking institution (no choice of my own) and think about stopping in to see them whenever I drive by! I would highly recommend going in and meeting with a banking professional at this location, if not for the highly qualified recommendations then at least for a good laugh or a compliment on your new hair style! 😉

Only branch near me and now this one is closed too! Need to find another bank as they have closed all their banks in St Clair Shores. The only other one is In GP and the line is always long. And the hours are ridiculous. Closed at 4:00pm if your are working forget about getting in person service.

I can see why the branches are closing This is the worst branch that I have ever visited. The manager was rude, since when does a manager not know how to open checking accounts. She tried to get me to go somewhere else to open an account for my daughter. I will do as she suggested take her some where else and take my business as well. I will not recommend this branch and its horrible ways to anyone, I would never want anyone to be treated this way. Word of advice the customer is always right and never mention that a customer should go some where else she will go. A angry customer will tell 10 people and it will spread from there.

Wow. I’ve never reviewed anything online before but this branch is horrible. The manager is an utter waste, I honestly wonder what she is the manager of...she seemed to have no ability to do anything. They should truly be embarrassed, peoples money is in their hands and they act like vacant morons.

Have been in there 3 times for different things, to talk to a human, and was given a phone number to go on hold. This location has the poorest customer service of any location I have visited and have been banking with boa for 16 years. Making me think may be best to switch to bank with higher standards
