Bank of America (with Drive-thru services) W University Dr, Edinburg

Horrible bank, wish I can give them a 0! You will wait about 30 to 45 minutes all the time. Sometimes the window is close, so you have to go inside. Only 2 tellers, one for the inside line and one so the outside line. But Bank of America cares more about opening accounts, because this bank has 7 people sitting in the desks ready to open accounts.

Consistently slow drive-up teller service. Drive up service hours are very limited even during weekdays. With COVID, you would hope they would increase drive up hours to minimize contact.

Drive through has been closed for days you have to get off and come inside long lines and long wait. Horrible bank

I've been banking with BofA for just about 5 years now and I have never had any major issues with them. This location in particular has always taken care of my needs. The staff here is very friendly and try to get everyone taken care of quickly. If something isn't able to be done, it's usually the fault of the person coming in and doesn't even have an account. I'm in this branch pretty much weekly to do business and I've seen so many people upset for something that they can't do since they're not a client with BofA.

Long wait times with the tellers. They either need to hire more people or train the people they have to be more efficient. I've been waiting for almost an hour, and still have 2 cars in front of me. This is ridiculous!

So I'm here at Bank of America and I've been waiting in line for 1 hour and there are still 6 people in front of me..the drive thru is closed and they only have one teller open..elderly people are waiting outside in the direct sunlight there is no shade. Suggestion... if your drive thru is closed have more inside tellers open. This is not my bank... I'm depositing for someone..don't think I would consider this as an option. This sucks!

It was a very very long wait I would still be waiting to cash a check 45 minutes all of my lunch hour. I would start to clock the financial advisors on their phone or walking around. Really all that waiting time. Whats a check Worth you can't cash Zero like the Zero experience I had if I could rate you guys zero I would and you guys want a bonus? Sad thing is I will have to do this all over again 😢😢😢. Good luck Danny....The female staff is really slow there... and your computer is slow too...

I am not sure why I still use BOA. I guess I am a glutton for punishment. Super long lines, never open when the rest of the business world is open, and the one on 10th is closed for weeks on end with no explanation.

What a waste of an hour and a half! Went in to cash in a check and waited in line for what felt like life then just so they wouldn’t even give me the money and making up excuses to kick people out because they’re busy

Friendly service but extremely slow. The wait is 30-45mns in both the lobby and drive thru because there are only two tellers available at all times. If you are in a hurry go to a different branch because the wait time is ridiculous.
