The branch is like the bank itself. They can't do this and they can't do that so you get all the apologies but not the solution. They keep the customers in restraints of the overgrown policies that made to protect their assets not your money. However, this bank was a good one like a 10 years ago, but it changed and a nice bank do become an evil.

This is the absolute worst bank branch I've ever "tried" to do business with. It must be the purgatory where Bank of America sends their worst managers and employees. Suggestion, change your online information to...Drive Thru...open if and whenever we feel like it. Lobby...stand in line outside (your time is not important) our 1 or 2 tellers will get to you eventually, maybe. Smart people should and will choose to bank elsewhere! Unfortunately zero stars is not an option.

Drive thru os CLOSED on saturdays so don't expect them to provide you good service. You form a line at the drive thru and when you finally get to the window they tell you their drive thru is closed. People are waiting, standing outside like a good tortilla shop in Mexico. Way to step up bank of America! Let's make America great... sad.

Worst Bank of America branch. Had to wait more than 2 hours after my appointment time just to sit down with a banker. I see them sitting in their little offices, playing with your phones.

It’s better and faster to use the ATMs outside than the ones for the cars.

Terrible bank, an hour and a half wait to cash a check! I don't regret closing my account here. Wells fargo or western bank a much better and faster choice. Really bad customer service, also place is packed inside and people having to wait just to cash a check.

Terrible customer service! Waited an hour for assistance. Only needed to cash a check written at this bank by their own account holder. 2 managers walking around before 1 of them finally assisted us in verifying there own check! Something apparently a cashier cannot do.

This is one of the worst financial institutions I have ever had to deal with. I make ally bill payments with my check card to the exact same companies every month like have been doing for the past 4 years, since we transferred from our old bank. For some reason this month all my transactions have been flagged as suspicious, and my card has been blocked. I went through the ATM at the branch and found out it was blocked, because I wasn't even informed through a call, text, email, etc. I decided to go in, and immediately had to deal with the rudest greeter I have ever met. She told me it would be about a 45 minute wait. I signed in and was left waiting for an hour. Then I spoke with a "relationship supervisor" named Rene Rojas, who I explained what was going on, and asked for her to tell me why this had been happening, yet other transactions that happened over 900 miles from me were allowed and the card was never blocked. She said that she didn't know what to tell me because everything seemed fine on her end and she said my card back to me and told us to have a nice afternoon. I have filed several complaints and nothing has been done. I will be going to the local news, since I know other people that have had the same issue with this branch and specifically with that "manager", and I will be posting complaints with the BBB since calling a customer back to resolve an issue a priority.

I guess you have to wait 2 hours+ no matter if you wait inside OR outside.. this is terrible service..
