    Horrible bank. Went in to start a new account for bills only. Customer service was the worst at this location. Wasn't told that it would take a week for my check to clear until we were about to deposit. So I tell her no, I’m not going to deposit. She then told me it was like this at every bank when you deposit checks and banks have changed over the years. I have had an account at Wells Fargo for over 10 years. I asked about digital wallet where she told me to try it repeatedly and that portion of the app locked me out. I deposited my check myself using the mobile app when I got home and it was in quickly, not a week. I ordered a debit card, she set the PIN, got it in the mail and of course at the ATM’s, my debit card keeps saying PIN incorrect. Locked me out until midnight. Called customer service which makes you put in your ATM PIN and of course I entered the correct one because it let me through! Customer service couldn’t do anything. He told me maybe I entered it wrong at the ATM but I tried 5x. He said maybe it was the ATM..no because I tried several. How is it incorrect if the automated system let me in after entering the correct PIN?? He couldn’t help me put my card in digital wallet, said it was beyond his scope of work yet digital wallet tells me to call Customer Service. In the end he says “Im just a dumb guy behind a computer” so I disconnected. Im taking all of my money out tomorrow and closing my account. Your employees don’t know their a** from their elbow.

    They are super lazy a few older ladies there are super nice and helpful but all the young ones are a joke!! I hope i see one out of work see if she like being treated like she treats all the customers!!!

    Not sure why this branch has such bad reviews, I have had nothing but good experiences. Yes, sometimes there are long lines which take around 10-15 mins to get to the teller but this is normally around busy hours.

    Update: tried this branch again. Still negative stars if possible. Laziest tellers and bankers in the history of ever. Slow never can help you make you wait anyways just to tell you they can’t help you

    For being a loyal customer for 10+ years they were never able to meet my needs. I went in on several different occasions and they charge left and right for everything i needed. Why bank and keep my money here when I'm having to put up money for everything? Manager (Melissa Olvera) is also very rude and sassy and should not be a manager if she doesn't know customer service and she does not know how to keep her customers happy. Other employees were not to helpful either nor they cared about there customers. Then they shorted me on my money when i closed my account!! Lines were also very long with only 3 employees total, with manager running around looking over whelmed and cant help anyone...You gotta wait 45 min after your appt. Time to be seen!! Glad i took my money and ran!! Never again will i deal with the RUDENESS there!! Need better MANAGEMENT!!

    This is the most incompetent branch I've ever visited. The bankers were hiding in back while one teller worked the very long line. Once I was next, teller says she can't help, have to see a banker. Then the bankers were rude, clueless, careless with my personal information and they had a very obvious preference for their mostly Mexican clientele but no one else who wasn't like them. I won't be back there.

    I had previously made a deposit of $4,000 and was given a receipt for that amount. Later a banker called me and said the money was counted wrong and changed my deposit to $3500. I then remembered it couldn't of been counted wrong because the teller placed the money on a counting machine that counted it by it self. I asked to see cameras and they said the don't have any facing the tellers. There has been no help on this case.

    I hate coming to this branch. They’ll find any excuse to not cash a check or there’s always some kind of excuse as to why I can’t get my money.The Manager and the staff are always busy doing something else and there’s a line of 10 people waiting. Go to Coors and i-40 bank instead

    I was told to wait 45 min for a service (currency exchange) that i recieved 6 months prior to suddenly find out it was, apparently, no longer available. It actually was and when i went back after calling corporate the teller corrected the error. In short, the lines are always crazy but the tellers are sweet and they try. Btws...im white and the review that says they give preference to hispanics is nonsense.

    Long lines, took over an hour to get served. Totally understaffed. They need coffee or something to distract you from the wait. Hmmmm one person came back from lunch spoke with another staff member for 5 mins then took 5 more mins to set up the counter. The line is out the door! At this point I've been here for 40 mins. Still only 2 people manning the counter, 2 other people wondering around???.I get it that others work needs to be done but wouldn't u want to move the people through first???????? I'd take a photo of the line but I'm sure it's illegal. The line is wrapping around the room. Only when you get to the counter and complain do they tell you the computers went down. Where is the manager to explain the situation??????????? I hope someone from the bank reads this and looks at the cameras and sees how badly managed this situation was!!!!!!!! Omg now we are back down to one person working the counter! Why do they have the drive through open, they should be clearing the mess in the building!
