I've been holding onto a $100 worth of rolled nickels quarters and dimes and decided to take them with me and change them out for paper money. while running some errands I looked over and saw this Wells Fargo and thought okay there's a bank. I went up to the teller started stacking the change. they took it, counted it up and then told me there would be a 2 dollar charge..... I said give me back my money I'm not going to pay you that on principle alone. You would think doing something like this would be a simple service offered to the community or the neighborly thing to do.... The lady who appeared to be a bank manager gave me some convoluted reason to justify charging people..... she asked me where I bank I told her Bank of America at that point she said and I quote "perfect then they will be able to make the transaction for you" .... the short little blonde blonde girl with glasses and the African man with the accent active adversarial with me the entire time offering no sympathetic apologies...... this is America, you want to force people to pay unethical charges that's fine, but the smug adversarial end arguably sarcastic attitudes is unacceptable....

Every time I come to this location it is always packed. The problem is that they only have 2 tellers every time. They also only have 2 bankers who can help with business accounts. I am currently sitting in a location and have been waiting for almost an hour with no clue as to when I will be helped...there is a Wells Fargo across the street which I will go to if I'm not helped in 5 minutes

This location SUCKS! Stay away if you can!! The last two times I went in I ended up walking out 10 min later when the line has not moved. there is always only 2 tellers helping people and the line is always long and no one ever asks if you need help or they do then walk away for 10 min. Have to find a new branch. Tired of it!

They have 2 tellers for a line of 20 ppl. They have 4 windows available to utilize but they are only utilizing 2 of them with a massive line an hour before close ON A FRIDAY WHEN MOST PPL GET PAID. WHAT ARE THEY THINKING? TERRIBLE SERVICE.

One teller. Doing a great job btw! 12 people in line for 25 min. Staff can be heard laughing and socializing in back. Thx for helping out your staff and customers : (

The customer service here is horrible ! Don’t use this bank and the employee with blonde dreads is very rude ! The other employees don’t know their jobs either maybe the managers should spend time training and customer service!

Chalise Jacobs was awesome when my son and I came in I was already annoyed for waiting an hour at another B of A. Chalise politely greeted us and said it wouldn't be long and it wasn't. She got us taken care of in a timely manner and just all out awesome. Thank you Chalise you made our day.
