With Mr. Richard Simon and AZ Lending Experts LLC’s help, we purchased our first dream house right before we got married. This was the best marriage gift to us, and this was the best gift in 2016. I and my husband, were just 26 years old in September, 2016. We were still considered young. We did not have a lot of money in our bank account. We did have some credit card bills needed to get paid. We had no idea what we were trying to do with purchasing a house. However, Richard Simon treated us like we were millionaire. In fact, Rich or AZ Lending Experts LLC was not my first choice. I called other five mortgage broker companies, however, none of them returned my call in 2 business days, and some of them were not willing working with me during the weekend especially we stated clearly that we only could show up together during that time. Rich was the only one replied my voice message within an hour even though he just simply replied that he was driving and he will call me as soon as possible. He did call me an hour later and was on the phone with me for almost 2 hours on Saturday. That was the time I determined no matter what, I will do business with Rich and AZ Lending Experts. If you are super busy or for any reason that you can’t do mortgage during your work time, please remember Rich Simon and AZ Lending Experts, because they are the few mortgage companies that are willing to work with your schedule. Because they are understanding your job is the same important as your house purchase. During the entire loan process, Rich always updated with me for everything immediately. He always be the one email me instead I had to keep asking him what was going on. He tried his best to work with my realtor and listing agent. April, who is the team with Rich, had been doing the exact same thing as Rich did. She replied your email within 5 minutes. The mortgage loan was closed in a month. This was beyond our expectation. Our overall experience in dealing with Richard Simon and AZ Lending Experts was very satisfied. Not just only because they are knowledge and professional, also because they are respecting your time and you. Was referred to Scott and AZ Lending Experts by a friend and he called back immediately. Impressed. While it took a while to get our Refi, during this time of Covid, banks are cautious, but we hung in there. Kristine kept us up to date, making sure we got the right paperwork to her and last week we closed. I would recommend these guys to anyone, and will.

Scott @ AZ Lending helped my husband and I refinance last year and help us secure a loan which just closed today! He has made the process easy for me to understand and has had an approachable demeanor when working with us. He was there to give advice that helped my husband and I financially long term.
