    Short haired blonde woman teller has some horrible customer service and this is her consistent service. If you do not want to work with the public stay home. Her attitude is very nasty. Not just to me but customers in front of me. Makes one want to just switch banks. I'll pray for her but she needs some help.

    The financial manager Mike Barber is incredible! He opened the bank at 9am and handled the line of people with energy, respect and professionalism. We had an appointment with him and he answered all our questions with the same sense of personal interaction. All 4 of us were blown away by his incredible customer service. We will only deal with him and his location in the future! The bottom line - make an appointment - if you just walk in you can expect a wait. It's covid times people - most banks are not even open for in person.

    I have been in a 15 person line for 50 minutes so far and they have only helped 6 people. There is one teller and the four associates refuse to help. I have never been so disappointed to be forced to use a bank before in my life.

    This is the worst bank I've ever been to. There often are NO TELLERS on duty, and even their night drop box is down right now. If you have time sensitive deposits, DEFINITELY don't go to this bank. Not only are there frequently no tellers, the staff are incredibly rude and act like it's not their problem when there is no one to help you. Go anywhere else.

    Awful customer service! Place lined up out the door and not enough staff working to handle the flow of people. I try to abound this location as often as possible. I wish I had of today but I need to see a teller. #stayawayfromthisbranch

    If I had the option for 0 star I would’ve given that. I have been with BofA for many years. I have gone to multiple locations but this has to be the worse. A total of 6 employees working and only 1 really helping while others just chitchat with one another. Did not expect this. Only 2 people in front of me in line but had to wait over 45 minutes to speak to a teller. That’s ridiculous!!!

    Unacceptable customer service. Management displayed no knowledge of satisfactory customer service. I am standing in line for one hour because there is just one teller working and there are available employees that are able to assist to make the experience smoother but they are choosing not to assist with the issue.

    Every time I go to this location there are two tellers at most and about twenty people in line. You make enough money to hire more people so stop being so freaking greedy and stop making your customers stand in line for an hour! At the very least train the people idly sitting in their cubicles to help. One woman just walked around for about five minutes before sitting down and doing absolutely nothing the entire time I was there. It's shameful how you treat your customers. You're like the bank version of Comcast.

    2 people in front and had to wait over and hour because there is only one teller always. And the first customer was asking a lot questions she didnt know about which isnt her fault but they should have more than 1 bank teller. Save about 55 mins by driving 5 more min down the road and use a more competant bank of america.
